  Great Visit!

  Room was clean and the staff was very welcoming! Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was asked if I was doing okay by all staff. Couldn't have had a better visit! Thanks Residence Inn staff! Keep up the good work!

  Super great place at wonderful price

  As I am a Mariott Bonvoy member, I got a great price. And the place was awesome. Super big room, comfy bed and great location. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!!

  Comfortable Business Stay

  The staff was very cordial and the rooms comfortable. At check-in an upgrade was offered, which was welcomed. The room was spacious; however, the toilet continued to fill despite having an engineer tend to it. Was not a major issue, just periodic noise in the evening and while sleeping. While working in the evening the streaming of TV programs was interrupted. Overall a comfortable stay.

  Not safe

  My wife and I checked in 18 September and stayed for two nights. We were not asked about our Marriott Bonvoy status when we checked in. Not a big deal but an indicator. The first time we walked down the stairway near our room to the car we noticed the door leading to the parking lot would not lock. I tried several times to get it to lock. No success. It was open 24/7. My wife wet to the desk to have her room key rekeyed. The desk person did not ask for ID or check what room she should be getting a key for. The wall paper in the hallway was sagging and ripped in multiple places between our room and the elevator. The carpet had many many stains in too many places to count. Our room had an air vent with what looked like soot coming out of it staining the ceiling. The property is in decline from way too little maintenance. The front desk person was mostly absent. When they were at the desk the attitude was surly. The staff attitude and policies in place indicate that the hotel views guests as some sort of threat. I have stayed in many, many Marriott properties over the years and this property has no standards. Don't stay here.

  Memorable vacation

  Staff is very , friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay . Loved the room. Very Spacious, and very comfortable. Very sweet for the front desk to present us with an Happy Birthday Card. Will be visiting Residence Inn again for the holidays. Keep up the good work.
