  Magnífico hotel que nos ofrece todo lo que necesitamos para sentirnos bien a un precio razonable. Atención cordial y esmerada. Algo de ruido nocturno por la autopista cercana.Ubicación a buena distancia de los mejores centros de esquí y de la ciudad de Boston. Estacionamiento gratuito y aceptan mascotas, Muy limpio

  Just passing through

  We stayed just one night and were very pleasantly surprised. This hotel has friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. We liked the huge size of our room and it was just a king with a pullout. Very spacious and the kitchen is great. We also enjoyed dinner at The Barley House. The food and service both very nice.

  Lackluster and poorly mqnaged

  A six day stay revealed all the flaws. Saggy bed, pillows that flatten so as to be useless, water that never rises above lukewarm. Room finishes are rough: several drawers wont open because something else is built-in and in the way.. Bathroom door required repair day one in order to allow it to close, which one must step over the toilet and into a corner to close. Dont bother with breakfast unless you really want sausage, period. Housekeeping staff were courteous and efficient. Management would not do anything about an illegally parked car with its alarm going off every five minutes from midnight through 2 p.m. Even though the not electric Camaro was parked in a tow-way electric charging spot, management said the could do nothing in case the owner was a guest. Spoiler: we and everyone else were also guests and provided our licence info st check-in. At two in the morning all they would do was offer to check us into a different room, one with a better view of the car alarm... Inexcusable. Gave video and license info to the desk and... nothing. That car was there the whole stay. Never again.

  Not as Clean as Previous Stays

  We have been staying at this hotel when visiting NH for several years now with no issues. With the heightened awareness around travel and cleanliness in these times, the Residence Inn completely missed the mark! The first room we were given was incredibly dusty but what put me over the edge was when I saw something on the bedroom door that appeared to be a small chocolate or maybe a bloodstain. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a different room. The second room felt a bit cleaner than the first but still quite dusty. It was certainly less impressive than previous stays. The back door entrance did not open. The pool area look like it hadnt been wiped down in some time, the pebble flooring in the pool area had several spots that was coming up, the basketball court was not secure, the fenced area was torn which is incredibly dangerous should a child be playing and chase the ball into the parking area or busy road! On a positive note, management and staff were as nice as ever. Its very disappointing to see this hotel become neglected. We have stayed there many times and would have loved to continue to have this hotel be our NH go to.

  Highly recommended

  Travel for work- Its been a perfect home away from home. I have been very impressed with the entire hotel and its staff (especially given the current pandemic). This hotel has extremely friendly staff, the rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The rooms are very spacious, the area is rather quiet and the kitchen adds a wonderful level of convenience. I have enjoyed my visits and will continue to stay at this hotel for the duration of my work contract.Highly recommended!
