    Great customer service

    I selected this hotel because of the great location. When I arrived the I found the customer service was excellent! Jocelyn checked me in and she was so very friendly, I needed that after a long day! Check-in was fast and easy. Thank you Jocelyn!

    Very Nice Getaway

    On short notice we decided to get away for the weekend so I plopped down my points, and booked us a studio room. Everything was fine with the room, although the carpet looked a bit worn in places. Everything was very clean. My husband did complain that there was no coffee in the lobby, but as I reminded him, this was not the Hampton Inn... The couch in the lounge area was hard, and not particularly comfortable and the TV channels left a lot to be desired. However, you could stream if you had a service (Prime...etc). The staff were very nice, everyone went out of their way to ensure a great stay. The breakfast was very good. There were selections to please most people. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Easton Shopping area and is very handy for the Cheesecake Factory and other restaurants. Would stay again.

    1st night reopening

    We stayed here on the 19th of June for 2 nights for our anniversary getaway. I was a little concerned because I made the reservation on the Marriott website but tried calling the hotel directly to confirm and only got a message that they were closed for covid. I did get a confirmation e mail so we headed that way. Will, the manager at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. He upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite. Nice to have a door between bedroom and living area as my husband gets up early and I don't. He carefully explained the changes for covid and was clearly happy to be back to work. We felt very safe as no one had stayed here for 3 months. There was no maid service but we survived. Breakfast was grab and go. They had a little menu to choose from and the girl who fed us was very nice. Each day there was a hot breakfast sandwich which was very good. Bagel sandwich was great! Room was spacious and clean. We have stayed here 2 other times. Others have complained that this hotel is rundown but we did not agree. They were planning to upgrade rooms before covid hit. Will even showed us the board with all fabrics and solid services they will be using. should be beautiful. When you stay here you are very close to Easton. The Hilton and Fairfield hotels are not open yet. One thing that happened was we think someone when though our car while in the parking lot. Paper and extra masks were taken out of console and a few of my quarters taken out of the cupholder. I do think my husband forgot to lock the car and nothing was broken. Just wanted front desk to be aware. we were parked very close to office. Thanks again Will for a great stay. This was our first getaway since covid. Great place to stay!

    Clean and great location!

    We stayed overnight and were very pleased with our choice to visit Easton. Will, who checked us in for our stay was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the area! I was worried about the hotel not being updated, but it was clean, comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Easton. It is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath on the 1st floor and it was perfect for us. Breakfast is a little different with COVID, but the on the go bag was good with fruit, muffins, bagels, yogurt and coffee. We will be visiting Easton again and will stay here for the location, the space in the room and the friendliness of the staff!

    Time to look elsewhere

    Had a horrible stay over the weekend. We have stayed here many times in the past but this will be the last time until thing change. There are to many other chooses. First in the conditions of the property, time to renovate. Stains on the carpet and furniture. Other wear and tear on the walls fixtures. I also had issues with the front desk employee, all over a cup of coffee. Then there the breakfast grab and go. You seam to feel a less than $2.00 bag of goodies is a substitute for the breakfast that youve built into the price of the room. The clear plastic bag include a small yogurt, orange, and a prepackaged muffin. No spoon, no napkin, no knife, no effort. Either discount the price or do a better at packaging breakfast with food that shows you care.
