  Good Location

  Good size suite, separate bedroom. Large closet & plenty of drawer space. Full kitchen. Very pleasant person at registration. Good location, easy access from the freeway. Several places to shop and eat.

  First time stay

  We made this hotel our first stop on our way to Florida and couldnt have been more pleased. Great location just north of Cincinnati right off I-75. Restaurants close by and as we were here on A Wednesday, there was complimentary hot snacks as well as wine, beer and soft drinks. Staff were very friendly and thanked us for our stay. I have added this property to my favourites list and would definitely stay here again.

  You Would Expect More From A Marriott Property!

  The first issue I experienced was with the television in the bedroom. At first the TV would not turn on. I tried both remotes and manually tried to turn it on with no success. I called the front desk and she came up to see what she could do. After spending 5 or 6 mins she was not able to get the TV on either. I do want to note that she unplugged an electrical cord and plugged into another outlet but still didn't turn on while she was there. After a while I was able to turn the TV on but there was no signal as you can see in the attached photo. The front desk did offer us another room, but it was a downgrade to what we had and we would have had to pack everything up. Needless to say my wife and I were very tired from travelling and we still had several hundred miles to go to get to our destination. The second issue, when my wife and I decided to take a nap, when we pulled back the covers there were several stains on the bed sheet. I called down to the front desk to ask for housekeeping, but I was told they were gone for the day. Photos attached. My wife and I decided to strip off the bed sheet and put another on. This was something we should not have had to do! The question I have is, why didn't housekeeping see this and change to a cleaner sheet?

  Weekend Getaway

  Looking to getaway for the weekend and have some fun things to do with the family while limiting our exposure. A lot of that comes down to the facilities and how serious theyre taking things - I definitely liked this location. Very clean and we enjoyed the additional precautionary steps taken. The pool was nice and clean - did a lot of swimming and the gym area will get you by too. Breakfast is the continental to go for now, but you have so many options within a mile that you can head out and grab something too. First Watch is a solid option, Smoothie King, or a bagel place are all around here as well as other options. Other than that, it is a solid location within 10-20 mins from a ton of options for food, shopping and drinks. Dog friendly location too.

  Not very clean especially during Covid19

  Our room was not cleaned very well especially during this time. We had water bottles and unpackaged M&Ms under our beds and smashed up crackers on our living room furniture along with trash smashed underneath the cushions. The pool was out of clean towels. I would not recommend during this time with COVID19
