  Bed in 109 squeaked too loud for sex

  My GF and I stayed here on a Saturday night. Check-in was peculiar because we had to sign an extra agreement about smoking, noise, etc. I have stayed at many Marriott properties in the Midwest and never signed such an agreement. Our room (109) was VERY large and VERY clean. However, the garbage cans were really small, especially for a residential type of hotel. Also, our bed squeaked loudly at the slightest movement, roll over, etc. The loud, squeaky bed definitely ruined the romantic mood we had set for the evening. Breakfast was great. Well-stocked, and hot food was hot. Pool and whirlpool were good too. But the dial that we first thought operated the whirlpool timer instead controlled the music volume in the pool room. We found the correct dial after that. This may be the first hotel I have stayed at that had a pool table. The table is a little worn out but was fun.

  Pleasant location

  This property is located in a very nicely landscaped office park. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is standard fare for a RI. The fitness room has five machines, weights, and lovely views of the outside. There is a pool and hot tub. Both were nonfunctional due to mechanical problems. There is also a pool table.

  Nice hotel with spacious rooms

  I travel to the Western suburbs of Chicago and try to find nice, but reasonably priced hotels. When I made reservations, the rate was very reasonable, but it appears prices may have risen. I did book through the Marriott website. I was surprised when I entered my room, when I actually had a studio apartment. I had a couch, queen sized bed, full size frig, microwave, stove top, dishwasher and I dining table, plus a desk. The room was nice, generally quiet and very clean. Continental breakfast was included and actually had some gluten free items. I did use the gym, which was small, but was stocked with quality life fitness equipment. Only odd thing about the hotel was that it had a single entry door instead of the typical double doors. I had easy access to I-88. Would I stay here again? Definitely, if the price is right.

  Well run hotel in great location

  My family rented two rooms at this hotel last month for 4 days. We do a lot of traveling and my husband is a Marriott Platinum member so we see a lot of hotels. This was one of the best mid price/moderate hotels we have stayed at in the last two years. The breakfast buffet was really well done ( lots of choices) and everything was well stocked and clean. Room (although not new) was clean and well appointed. Service when we requested more pillows was prompt. They honored our request to put the two rooms together. Pool and work out facilities were in good working order and again, were clean. Someone is paying attention at this place. Special recognition to Leroy Rutherford at the front desk. My daughter forgot the pillows she had brought from home and Leroy found them and brought them to Fed Ex for us. He even called me to alert me to the cost of the box and the shipping charge. This was way above and beyond in my book. So sincere thanks to Leroy and his team for great service. SWG

  Worst hotel ever

  Dog hair everywhere! Front desk assistant general manager is racist and rude!! He look at you like he doesnt understand what you saying. I dont understand how he can be at front desk. They dont take care of customers. NOT MARRIOTT STANDARD. Very disappointed.
