  Stayed here during a move to Atlanta - staff made the difference

  My wife, son, and I were in the process of moving from our Ravenswood apartment to Atlanta, GA. We choose this hotel as I am a Titanium Elite member and we had a cat with us. From the getgo the staff showed they cared by helping to watch my son while my wife and I moved our 8 pieces of luggage. Upon realizing I had made my reservation mistakenly at the Courtyard they not only took us in, but called Courtyard to cancel. The room was lovely and we slept much better than we would have at our empty apartment. Really helped make things great for the flying leg of the trip the next day. I recommend staying here

  Delightful Visit

  We stayed here for 6 nights and the room was perfect! New appliances, perfect size kitchen and small living room. The bedroom and bathroom were great as well. Very clean! Front desk and housekeeping was very nice! Quiet and close to a lot of places to eat and shop.

  Highly Recommended!!!

  From the time we arrived the staff were all very nice and welcoming. They didn't even know we were in town to bury our mom. I had a concern and talked to the manager Maria. As we were talking I knew she was listening and I started crying because of my mom. After the funeral I came back to the room to find a hand written note reiterating my concern, how it was going to be corrected and also a bottle of wine. What may seem small to others means the world to someone else. I will remember this forever and this hotel better hold on to such great management and staff

  Home away from home

  Had to stay here for a couple of months and the front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast attendants, everyone was nice and accommodating. They made us feel like we were home away from home! I'd definitely return just because!

  Pleasant, Clean with Outstanding Staff

  We arrived Chicago earlier than expected and I called the hotel to see if we could have an early check-in. Mike - the General Manager - answered, was terrifically accommodating and ensured that my requests were fulfilled even though I was arriving early, which was unplanned on my side. It is very noteworthy to say that Mike as well as the rest of the front office staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. All appeared well-trained and attentive; overall, outstanding service. The hotel naturally is still in Covid-19 pre-caution mode, so fully housekeeping happens only twice weekly, yet they assist with refreshed towels/linens and other essentials as needed. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-appointed for the longer stay business traveler. The bed is comfortable & appears new. More remarkably, being located right at the constantly busy Midway airport, the room windows are truly sound-proof. The hotel is nestled in an enclave of other big brand hotels: the area seems secure and clean. Although I usually reserve assigning the full 5 stars to truly "5 star" properties (Four Seasons, Intercontinental, et al) as to not water down the standard, I have to make an exception and give this little property its well-deserved high rating. Again, it is Mike and his staff who make the difference here.
