  Hotel muy agradable

  EXCELENTE HOTEL PARA IR EN familia. Pasamos casi un mes viviendo alli, comodo, limpio, agradable, personal excelente, desayunos buenos, dos dias en semana cenas gratis, piscina, gimnasio billard, canasta de baloncesto. UN GRAN HOTEL PARA LARGAS ESTANCIAS! Cerca de Lake Forest co un ambiente reljado y agradable. Lo unico que debes alquilar un coche porque no se puede salir si no es en coche.

  Clean and comfortable room, great breakfast.

  This hotel and location was perfect for our needs. Great complimentary breakfast. Very nice front desk staff. The only negative would be the amenities...a nicer shampoo/conditioner, and they do not provide shower gel or lotion. Overall, great hotel and we will stay again.

  Top Notch Staff That Go The Extra Mile

  My family has been living in this hotel long term through unforeseeable events; i.e. an historical Polar Vortex and now the COVID-19 Pandemic. Arturo/Arthur is the senior maintenance engineer. He is a consummate professional and has helped us and other residents in so many ways. If there is an issue, he listens and immediately finds a logical, common sense resolution. Marriott is fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member with a strong work ethic. Inspiring and a true gentleman.

  Not so clean

  During my stay, the front staff was friendly. However, the condition of the hotel was unclean. The living room window was out of its track. After a day out, I came back to my room which had ants all over the kitchen, dining table and computer table. No food was left out, not that it should matter. I required a new room. Also, I notice trash sitting in the hallway for more then a day. My sister also had to change rooms. The staff failed to repair her clogged toilet and broken bed after it was reported in the morning. Returning that night, we had to help her change rooms. Have stayed at this hotel before without problems. Probably not again.

  Hotel is not enforcing Marriott's own mask policy

  If you are concerned about COVID, don't stay here. The front desk staff is not enforcing Marriott's own mask policy that is clearly identified throughout the hotel. I had to leave my room 4 times today and each time I left my room there were several people in the hotel lobby without wearing masks and I had to walk past them to get out the main door. This place is a free for all.
