  Recomendable para estadias largas

  Es un excelente hote, la atención es muy buena, todo su personal es muy amable y te ayudan a buscar la mejor solución sea cual sea tu problema. Cuenta con habitaciones completas para estadias largas, con una pequeña cocina equipada, una sala, 2 Tvs, Sofa cama, trastes, refrigerador. Tienes todo lo basico y necesario. Ademas tienes cerca un super mercado, varios restaurantes y esta muy cerca del aeropuerto y la planta de VW.

  You can tell a hotel is exceptional when reviewers indicate a return visit in our case, this is a 3rd time here. Yes, thats how good it is thanks to GM Kevin and his friendly and highly efficient staff. We got a warm Marriott welcome from Mariah, who kept track of our progress en route to make certain our room was ready on arrival. We so appreciated that! The breakfast here is currently Grab n Go (a hot, microwaveable item, muffin, water, yogurt, protein bar), but more importantly, coffee in the lobby! Laundry room is complimentary (wow, you wont find that anywhere!). Fitness room is massive but, sadly, closed because of the virus. Staffers all wear masks for those who need that reassurance. Once again, just a thrill to experience such outstanding Marriott hospitality each and every time we come back!

  All reviews have merit. Good for us!

  Room 213. All dishes clean but they were not when we got here. The dishwasher soap is under the sink. I washed everything twice, once when we arrived and as we are leaving. But yes the dishes were not clean when we arrived. Great bed linens, comfortable space. Everything was fine. But i did read other reviews about dishes not being clean. Room 213 King Suite. Good buy for the money. Hint:this hotel has an outdoor patio with gas grill, one smart family was cookin breakfast out there! We cooked the grab and go in out kitchen. Has an ice maker and garbage disposal! Enjoy our travels thru. Great access to highway and lots of restaurants near by. Everything you may want within a mile or less. There were lots of families here with lots of kids. And yes one of the elevators was not in service. We walked the steps. But used elevators with luggage. It's not perfect but not terriible bad as some reports. Like the leather couch! Safe travels!More

  Stay away from this hotel

  This was One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and certainly the worst in at least the last 10 years. I arrived after driving for 10 hours and was tired and just wanted a clean place to sleep before driving 10 more hours. Neither of the two TVs in the room worked. The phone didnt work so I couldnt call the front desk to talk about the TVs. I then had to walk to the front desk, only to learn that there was no maintenance staff who could help. In fact, there was only one employee in the entire large hotel from 6 PM until the next morning. No maintenance, no cleaning, no one. The hallways were filled with litter and food. Given the emphasis that the world has on cleanliness in the face of a pandemic, you would think that the hotel would do a little better job staying clean by having staff available to clean up messes. I had to thoroughly sanitize The entire room for fear that it was cleaned the same way as the rest of the hotel. While I was checking in, the guest behind me whispered a warning not to park my car in the back because there had been some theft and there is no security on site to deter the thieves. I had to unload my entire car that was packed for a month-long stay in Florida. I was promised a refund of the points I spent staying there and I never received the refund and never received an apology from the hotel, other than the poor new solo employee who was stuck taking all of the complaints. While I was at the front desk, there was also another woman who didnt have a working toilet and there was nothing that could be done so she had to use the public toilet during her stay. I highly recommend that you find other accommodations if traveling to or through Chattanooga.

  Not our typical Marriott experience

  We stay at Marriott properties when we travel and have always had a positive experience. This stay, however, was not a good experience at all. I understand amenities need to be adjusted due to Covid, however basic services should not be compromised. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 baths. Neither bath had a full roll of toilet paper. One room did not have a trash can in the room or bathroom. We had 3 conditioners, but no shampoo. The fold out bed did not have sheets, a pillow or blanket. We were able to get sheets, but no pillow or blanket. The kitchen was dirty and stocked with only a few random dishes. The market downstairs was not stocked. The printer did not work (out of toner). I will say the grab and go breakfast were great !! I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. This hotel is not the typical Marriott!
