  Dated property and bad service

  Having stayed at various Marriott properties over last 25-years and in various countries, this was one location that stood out for what was missing. The hotel had not toiletries in the bathroom and as a business traveler, that's something you do not always carry. Despite letting the front desk know about the issue on a 4-day stay, I had to go to Uber to a nearby pharmacy (despite now having any rental car) to get some supplies. Breakfast was so-so, and do not plan to come back to this place anytime soon, as there are other Marriott properties close by.

  Call ahead to make sure the heat is on in your room

  I understand why the hotel does it, but when I checked into my room, it was 55 degrees in the room. And the heating system they have is very slow to bring a room up to temperature. I went out for 3 hours, and when I came back, the room had only made it to 63. They were hesitating to move me to a different room because the other room like mine was an accessible room. It was only when I started to ask what other nearby hotels they could move me to that I got moved. Once the temperature issue was resolved, the hotel was fine. Other than going to the Burger King next door, the hotel is really not that walkable.

  Nice place to stay, but the heater could be improved

  Stayed here on business for two nights. The weather was chilly and rainy. Thermostat did not go above 70 even though it was set 73-75. I had several spiders in my room. Clean otherwise. Great shower. Quiet location of my room even though it is located on a busy street. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast compared to some hotels I've stayed.

  OK but there must be better for the price

  Too dated for the price! The door didn't close as securely as I've seen in other hotels so I put a chair against it. Creepy. Old carpet, old sofa and chair but the bed was nice. The 10 cup coffee pot could be replaced since the filter unit didn't close from wear. The bathroom OK but floor not clean. Just lots of details missing for the price. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels on our trip and the attendant very good. Both evening and morning desk person very nice as well. Not enough lighting on the grounds, around cars for my comfort.

  One issue but great suites

  This was my first time staying at a residence inn and it was a great choice for our family of 5. Theres a full kitchen, two person dining table, living area, working/office desk, two full beds, and jack and Jill sink, bathroom. In the bedroom, there is an additional bathroom. So the kids and parents had privacy, plus we could cook meals. The only issue we had was that the toilet in the main area over flowed a night before we were leaving. Pretty disgusting. They offered to put us in a new room but with 3 kids, including baby we did not feel like packing and unpacking we declined and didnt use it. Overall good stay and solid room.
