  Adecuado y zona muy tranquila

  Es un hotel en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad a 15 minutos del centro, con habitaciones muy amplias aunque no modernas. Muy limpio y el desayuno un poco limitado Para estancias prolongadas o solo por pocos días por negocios es adecuado pero también es caro

  Excellent Service

  Lashonda Cannie was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. She was approachable and extremely helpful. An awesome face for the facility. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!!

  Many flaws other than location.

  Don't let the pictures fool you, the rooms at this older Resience Inn might have had a little new decor, but are not renovated other than having newer appliances in the kitchen. The rooms are basic RI. This hotel is in an excellent location near high end restaurants. It is not for budget eaters. Parking, as many have said, is cramped and there were cars and people who "didn't belong there". One family appeared to be living out of their car. Contractors hanging out with their trucks, smoking, and one car illegally blocking the walkway. Front desk was inconsistent. One was excellent and helpful. The other did NOTHING right. Hand sanitizer station never fixed (after report), and (two more mistakes). BELOW basic breakfast options. WIFI was good enough for email and Netflix, but didn't work with VPN. Gym cramped but at least it worked. There is a beautiful new Courtyard nearby (for Marriott people) and a Canoply by Hilton, across the street. I needed the kitchen but otherwise would choose other options in this location. Eat at 131 Main.

  Tired

  Stayed here for a night in a 2BR suite. Very disappointing. Will not be back. Hotel is tired despite website saying it was renovated in the last five years. One of two elevators was not working, not great at a time where you are trying to distance. Furniture in room was dirty. Garbage in kitchen had not been emptied. Cabinets were sticky to the touch. Mold in shower. You get the picture. Good location and friendly front desk staff, but too many other options in this location to make this your choice.

  Worst Stay

  I just wanna start off by saying this was the worst trip ever for my family checking in was nice first night went off without an issues but on the second day it was just unprofessional from the staff called about the dish washer not working and the girl at the front gone ask if we knew how to work it like we was stupid or something then she claims well this location doesnt have maintenance so you gone have to hand wash dishes if you wanna reuse them umm excuse me we paid for this room so stuff should be working and you shouldnt tell guest to hand wash anything and gone tell us if we need dishes to call back some they can bring them up so time go by and we need dishes call back downstairs for dishes she gone say the only they she has to offer is paper plates are you serious paper plates so when send out son down to get that because at this time Im pissed and ready to go off but luckily our son brings dishes back instead of paper plates so we use those for the night call again the next morning to see whats going to happen since the dish washer doesnt work and whoever answers this time say she would call maintenance but yet the night before you didnt have a maintenance person so how did one just appear that quick so our family goes out to eat and when we get back we call again about the dishwasher same excuse and this time we are over it so we go to bed pissed so last day comes still nobody shows so we call again she lies about no maintenance or manager bering on location
