  Nasty Dirty

  Lifetime Titanium elite member made the mistake of staying at this Hotel. All I can say is if you want Econo Lodge atmosphere and cleanliness stay here. Hotel was one of the dirtiest properties I have ever visited. The hallways, elevators, outside areas a disgrace. Trash cans full, grimy surfaces and even bloody rags around the fire pit. Blanket in room had a handful of hair left wrapped up in it. Geez. But the front desk folks were very nice and accommodating. Only way to survive this property is to go directly to your room and lock the door. Marriott should do a full inspection of this property and reprimand the owners.

  Nice employees but needs updated

  The employees at this hotel were all very friendly. Shelby was great! Greg was very nice and even sprayed our room.The hotel seemed dirty. The steps look like they had not been swept in over a week. There was garbage in the parking lot and old pieces of cars. Our dishwasher was clogged and smelled like old fish. This hotel needs updated.

  Control what you can control...

  Staff: Great; checked in late one night this week, team handled it flawlessly. Very pleasant to work with and talk to. Facility: Cant help that COVID is around and theyve had to make some changes to adhere to rules and regs (bagged breakfast / pool and workout area closed); BUT, Marriott, for the love of God, please order this facility more luggage carts. When we arrived, luckily there was nobody else checking in to compete with because there were ONLY 2, which had to be searched for around the hotel! When we checked out this morning I had to haul my wifes and NEWBORNs stuff out by hand. Now, I get that this is not the end of the world, but come on, its a first for me in all of the traveling Ive ever done. Cleanliness: Tub had significant mildew; bathroom had not been mopped; toilet seat was worn out; hallway and room had unpleasant odors; carpets worn out. Mattresses left a lot to be desired (thin and uncomfortable; they provide very little bedding). Overall it looked like the hotel was worn out; received a partial makeover but could use the rest. Gave it a 4 star instead of 2 because the staff is keeping this place alive. The place has potential and is a gold mine where its located, but Marriott needs to provide the assist and bring this place up to Marriott standards. Come on corporate, step up!   Needs not addressed

  We have been here for the past 8 days due to needing a hotel while we wait for our permanent residence to be ready. On day 2 we submitted first request for service to our room. To date after 2 more requests our bathroom continues to need what we asked for on day 2. We have not had sheets changed since our arrival, and we were told only on Mondays. We have to ask and get fresh towels, dish soap, and get trash picked up. No vacuuming has been done. While there are Covid guidelines in place which we learned about when requesting service, the information posted in the room reflects the pre- Covid information.The pictures illustrate dirty, moldy bathroom, and towel bar that fell of day1. We find this hotel to be far below Marriott standards.

  Excellent value !!!

  My daughter stay on this hotel on December 2020. Not a single issue with the room. Kitchennete availability was very convenient. Free parking an location are a must. Concord Mills shopping center is very close also.Recomended...
