  Dont stay here!

  Disappointing Marriott. Public spaces, inside and out, shabby to dirty. Room was clean; we traveled with our own cleaning wipes to be sure. Elevator floor so dirty, feet stuck! Would not be surprised if this hotel was preparing to shut down, as other area hotels looked much newer.

  This hotel is highly understaffed

  This hotel is so understaffed, the rest of the staff does not care. It took almost a month for our room to be cleaned even though we requested it numerous times. The garbage cans and smoke poles outside of the hotel are overflowing so much that the rest of the guests are just leaving their garbage and cigarette butts all over the parking lot and in the garden beds. The staff is highly unprofessional with the exception of maybe one person who showed some sort of sympathy. This is by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

  Family reunion

  We flew in from Texas for a family reunion and it was wonderful. They accommodated my whole family. The rooms were very clean. The pool area was clean and they had lots of clean towels. The staff was wonderful. I will be staying again in the future

  Good night for Me Time

  I stayed here on a random Tuesday just to get away, I have three kids. Left the kids with their dad and checked-in at the Residence. The women that greeted me was very sweet and professional. Most importantly, she wore a MASK! She was able to answer questions I had and point out good food in the area. My room was quiet, clean and spacious and I was able to get much needed time to myself.

  Gross, Unkempt, Run Down ~ Neglected

  We have stayed here several times visiting family but this will be the last time! The place appears to be horribly neglected. From the moment you park, there's trash and cigarette butts all over the parking lot. There was trash left in the hallways for hours, my husband told the front desk to come get it . Our first room was filthy. There was a jacket that was left on a chair, the air unit was filthy and neither television would work. We were given another room which seemed neater but at this point we couldn't wait to get out the next day. It just looks like no one cares. Seeing as there are several other newer hotels in the area, we will choose one of them next visit.
