  Bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo, nuevo y personal muy amable.

  No está dentro del mismo aeropuerto pero un vehículo te transporta gratis desde y hacia el aeropuerto, el recorrido tarda unos cinco minutos. El hotel está nuevo y los cuartos son muy bonitos y modernos. Las instalaciones y la habitación son muy cómodas y limpias. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Es necesario inscribirse para usar el transporte al aeropuerto desde la noche anterior y esta llega puntualmente en el horario designado.

  Disappointed!

  I will definitely will not come back to this hotel bad service the front desk receptionist were not accommodating she was confused about me telling my name which is she said is not on their system. She even told me that I didnt even booked on their hotel so I gave her the verification number and told me that it was me who was wrong because I gave the wrong name. Again during breakfast she was rude not even greeting us and when we hold the food she told us that if were not getting it dont touch it in a non polite rude manner. I was so offended but I still calm and ask if we can get per head per meal and she said yes. I know theres a covid but please be polite and dont make the guest Unwelcome. I was planning to celebrate my daughters birthday here but because of her I will cancel it and book to another hotel by the way the hotel is still clean but the service is really bad.

  Great experience!

  Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - the property was clean, spacious, warm and lots of natural light. Our bedroom suite was on the 6th floor and it was nice to see a welcome sign. It was inviting, welcoming and comfortable. The front desk and restaurant was well appointed and appealing. The bed was comfortable along with 2 pillows (1 soft & 1 hard). The kitchen had everything you need and bathroom was simple and very clean. Loved the bathroom setup. Our stay was memorable because of the great customer service we received from Matthew in the front desk. He was professional, friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. We encountered 2 minor issues and Matthew handled it and ensured that it was resolved immediately. He always had a smile and had a great sense of humor. The hotel had a pool and gym - use it when you go here because it makes you feel good and brings your spirits up. Because of current situation, you just need to book it before you can use the facilities. You will need a car because the location is not near to amenities and the area is still developing but it is near the airport. The restaurant looked like had a great atmosphere - it was open for dinner but we did not eat here b/c we had reservations elsewhere. We thought we could enjoy breakfast here the next day but sadly it was closed due to their low occupancy totals. Instead we received boxed breakfast items (everything tasty except for the burrito which could be improved on). Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Looking forward to going back when things are back to normal. They had great precautions in place and they practiced safe distancing.

  Excellent stay

  We were extremely happy with our stay at the Residence Inn. The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. We are a family of 4 and were given a 2 bedroom suite. The bed was so comfortable, And I liked the choice of pillows ( hard and soft). It was great to have a kitchen! My only suggestion would be have a kettle, as we are tea drinkers. However, its not necessary with a pot! Thanks, we will be back

  Excellent Customer Service!

  I have stayed at many hotels during my lifetime and I must say that the service here was exceptional! Special shout out to Gagandeep and Gauri Kaul at the Front desk. They were both so accommodating and anticipated our needs throughout our stay. Gagandeep have us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room so that we could be more comfortable and it was greatly appreciated. They were both always so friendly everytime we'd approach the desk. It's hard now a days to find people who truly enjoy what they do so well done! We will definitely be back whenever we are in Calgary.
