  Bella is amazing

  Bella was the best employee Ive ever had at a Marriott. She had the best manners and was quick and fast when I need anything. Give this woman a raise! I love this hotel and the breakfast. The room was super clean and tidy. Everyone wore masks too

  Great Place to Stay

  Hotel is close to the beach (10 minutes) and in a good neighborhood near shopping if needed. The way the pool area is designed/landscaped gives you a sense of privacy with little to no view of surrounding area. The rooms are clean, consistent and the staff is extemely friendly, pleasant, and goes out of their way to assist when needed. Having stayed at other properties in the area, this is the one you want to use. I cannot say enough of the cleanliness and professional staff.

  Very Satisfied

  We spent 3 days at this property with ours dogs. It was very pleasant. All of the staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. The room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

  Felt like we were at a resort!

  I have stayed in a lot of hotels being in healthcare with the pandemic in the past year. From the moment that we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us happy and satisfied. Thomas was working the front desk and he was absolutely the best. My twins wanted candy but I told them that they didn't need the larger packages of candy that late. Thomas asked my permission to give them little snack size candies and I was so pleased. The children loved him. They were tired and grumpy and he spoke to them cheerfully and made them feel at ease. He also got us extra blankets and checked on us to see if we were okay. The breakfast ladies in the morning were like southern mother's catering to our needs and making sure I had something to carry the food back to the room for my family. I was in a good mood for the rest of the day. Hospitality really makes a difference when you're traveling with small children. Thank you to your wonderful staff!

  Safe, Comforting Refuge

  After spending 10+ days at the Residence Inn Landfall, I am ready to face the airlines and head back home. Travel for family emergencies is always unpleasant, and travel during this pandemic makes it even more stressful. This Residence Inn property is nicely tucked away for the peace and quiet that travelers need. More importantly, this property is clean, everyone follows protocols, and I felt safe and protected during one of the most stressful times of my life. The kitchen was well-equipped with decent knives and glass and ceramic ware instead of the plastic ware you often see in suite/long-term stay properties. My ground floor studio suite with separate bath had a stylish look and feel with some of the best hotel art I've seen in a while - the photo of cherrystone clams in the kitchen area was one I would hang at home. The Landfall location also means excellent food (yay for Naked Fin poke and KBueno Mexi Grill!) and quality organic groceries are convenient. When I needed some quiet time on the beach, Wrightsville Beach was a quick drive. Covid testing was nearby at CVS, and so I was able to stay comfortably quarantined until I could test out. Breakfast is provided and they had quality, substantial offerings including my fave, sugared Belgian waffles that reheat well in a toaster oven. I've found my new go-to place for my annual trips to Wilmington from my home in Northern California.
