  Buena ubicación, Buen servicio, Desayuno incluido aunque podría ser mas completo. Las habitaciones buen tamaño. Definitivamente si regresaría. El staff de recepcion muy amables y serviciales. Es Garantía este hotel

  No issues here

  We stayed here for one night before flying out to Hawaii because it was close to the COVID testing clinic. Nice rooms, comfy bed and easy location to walk to get dinner and visit the Pikes place market. The only down side was the $45 fee for parking on site.

  Excellent stay, great staff

  We stayed here for 4 nights early November 2020. The hotel was easy to find and is near to the convention center. The check in was a breeze and we were in our room pretty quick. The room was pretty spacious for the 4 of us and spotless clean. We loved that the soap, conditioner and shampoo was in reusable bottles which avoids wastage. The breakfast was pretty basic probably because of Covid but was pretty adequate with them having boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cheese, packaged cereal, oats etc. No complaints. I really appreciate the staff because of their hospitality and willingness to accommodate your requests. We waned to print something in an emergency and they agreed to accept our email and print our PDF. Secondly, when my wife arrived late 20 min and they had taken the breakfast away, the staff went in and got coffee for her. Thirdly I went and asked for 1 body cream to one of the cleaning staff and she bought me 2. And most importantly, my son was in school remote and in the room, they let us check out late till his school was done. I have never experienced the staff going above and beyond so much to provide such excellent service. THREE CHEERS TO THE STAFF!! Just a tip, we had a large Chevy Suburban and it was a challenge to navigate to the underground parking. I had no issues but if you rent a car and park here then make sure to get a smaller vehicle. Super recommended.

  Worst Residence Inn Experience Ever

  We called a month ahead to all Residence Inns in Seattle to get the right room for cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my Navy daughter & a few Navy friends & have a bedroom separation so there would be privacy if she stayed the night on the fold out couch. The convention center location stated they were the most updated & advised us on the room we needed for what we were doing (the most expensive 1). There was no oven, the room was extremely small, the parking was not only $45 a night, but they charged over a $10 per night tax to this as well. The free breakfast was more like a prison meal & consisted of bread, peanut butter, jelly, an apple & a kid's juice box. There have been way better prepackaged choices furing COVID that other hotels provide. There is no view from any room, other than construction & the rooms get hot at night with no way to lower the AC more.

  Home away from Home.

  Absolutely delightful place that has been my home the past month and a half and will be for the next few weeks. The front desk is very accommodating. A very clean hotel, kudos to the whole staff for following all the guidelines during these trying times. Cheers!
