  Nice Hotel

  Buen hotel, las habitaciones son amplias, con cocina, una sala, escritorio y las camas. El baño es de buen tamaño con buena presion de agua, muy limpio. El personal es amable y atento a las necesidades. Cuenta con gym y alberca. El desayuno es basico pero con alimentos limpios y de buen sabor. El lobby te da un buen aspecto de que llegas a un hotel limpio y seguro.

  Super experience from a great staff

  We can't thank the staff for a wonderful two week stay at the Residence Inn Houston 1-10. We were "stuck" in Houston due to the COVID-19 virus and couldn't return home to Costa Rica. From the first friendly phone call to the hotel, Jasmine made us feel welcome. We were warmly taken care of by the staff who amazingly worked together as a "team". They went above and beyond to make our stay above average.

  Hurricane evacuation

  We stayed here for two nights when a mandatory evacuation was ordered for our city. Evacuating is not a pleasant experience. Youre highly stressed and loaded down with personal possessions. This hotel was so welcoming and made every effort to meet the needs of a hotel suddenly full of evacuees, many with their pets. Our room was perfectwell maintained, a spacious layout with a full kitchen and solid walls that provided a quiet retreat. We heard nothing from the rooms on either sides of us or above, and the hotel was totally full! We would totally stay here again!

  Omar Is the Best!

  My dad has been staying at this location since Aug 2020, and I am at complete comfort because of Omar at the front desk. Anytime there is an issue, regardless of what it is he looks after it. Omar is very attentive to all the guest. Hotels need more people like Omar at there from desk, they make the stays so much more enjoyable.

  Houston Freeze

  During the freeze in Houston my girlfriend and I were staying at Marriot Residence Inn at I-10 and Parkrow(where we have actually lived over 9 months after we both lost our mates.) We fared fairly well despite not having electricity or water! The staff at this Hotel were very helpful and professional during this week, especially Mr George Drumheller head of Maintenance, his assistant John, a hard working young man who I am hoping will rise to the top of the ladder in Marriott someday! Thank you for making our lives easier.
