  Nice stay

  Check in was quick and easy. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Building is new bright and clean. Nice fun shallow pool area for children with water a water mushroom. Rooms have large windows to take in the Montana landscape. Beautifully decorated. Would stay again!

  It was perfect location service was excellence Staff extremely polite Our suite was comfortable Highly recommend this residence inn The breakfast was very delicious Newly decorated lobby with fireplace Outdoor patio inviting if weather was wee bit warmer

  Oversold

  This location in Helena, MT oversold there property twice in a six month period. They did offer to send me to a substandard hotel. I went to check in the second time right after my conference (6pm). I walked in exhausted from a long day of training to this news. I have never heard of a property overselling their rooms; specially if it was saved on a business cc.

  Very nice hotel but disappointed in breakfast due to Covid 19

  We stayed 3 nights here and loved the hotel itself, as well as the staff. However, I took off a star for the breakfast. There was cereal, mill, water, brown bananas, and a juice machine. If you wanted something else, you had to give the staff your order. We ordered some eggs and bacon and oatmeal and it was not hot and did not get much. If you wanted more, you had to inconvenience them again. I wish they would have had some other options such as yogurts, muffins, etc. I just feel they could have offered more to go options. We ended up having to eat out the other 2 nights because of the lack of food. As far as the hotel itself, it was wonderful! The staff was so friendly. The hotel was well maintained we could tell. Everything was so clean. The housekeeping staff was wonderful also. Loved the suite and layout. Having the kitchen and dining table was so nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our kids loved the splash area by the pool. Would definitely stay again if breakfast can return!

  Good value and great place

  This is a great place to stay with good rooms, excellent pools and good service. Even with COVID the breakfast was decent- not just a tired grab bag. Rooms are very clean and staff respects the COVID issues.
