  El hotel muy bueno. Excelente para ir con la.mascotas sus alrededores muy limpios y seguro . Las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas y espaciosas . Por el covid no hay desayuno. Pero hay lugares cerca para comprar es un hotel muy accesible.

  Love this property- Covid Clean

  We stayed here for few days in November 2020 and the grounds and our room were both immaculate! Everything was so clean, the staff all wore masks (appropriately) and there were ample hand sanitizing stations. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help with whatever was asked without hesitation. We are a family of 4, with boys, so extra towels were a must and the staff made sure we had what we asked for. We were pleased with out stay and will be back.

  Angela and Amanda at the front desk were very courteous and friendly As well as Bob for breakfast and any other staff we encountered. Everyone was pleasant. The room amd facility was very neat clean and upscale.

  A mixed stay

  We spent a night here this month while traveling and our studio room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress and linens provided were fine and the room was clean. The entry way and corridors were also clean. The gentleman manning the breakfast station was extremely sweet and very helpful. The sealed packages (such as muffins and breakfast bars) were a smart idea. Our first negative was my having to wait at reception for what seemed like a long time. I called out hello four different times with no response. When the individual finally arrived from the back, there was no apology or explanation. While I waited, someone else arriving took the only luggage cart. After registering, I asked if there were other carts available and was told there were four total. I asked if I needed to go search the floors for one and was told yes. My second negative is that we were booked into a room that was surrounded by cleaning carts that I needed to move to get to our door. In Covid times, Im not too keen on people having to handle carts that have supposedly clean linens and supplies. I realize people are masked but this seems very unsanitary. Upon entering our room, I found the dishwasher running and its loud. After thirty minutes, I couldnt take the noise anymore so I turned it off. Only to find it was empty. The bathroom had one washcloth, no shampoo and no conditioner. There was no blanket in the room. It seemed like we were booked into a room that was still being cleaned. The sanitizing station on our floor was empty when we arrived about 8 pm. When we left the next day, it was still empty despite cleaning staff still working when we arrived. I would probably stay here again if in the area because of the convenience, not because of the hotel.

  Comfortable

  Nice one night stay. Room was outwardly clean, but a sock and other trash under the bed makes me question how clean. Their pet fee is $100 per stay. They say this is for them to clean the room "extra." Great light in the room, comfortable bed, & nicely done hot pandemic breakfast. Overall, a nice stay.
