  Subpar service at best!!

  Im going to be honest..my husband and I have a Hilton credit card and we were considering opening a Marriott card as well because we travel a lot. We stayed at this Marriott and although the room is very nice, the customer service is subpar at best. My husband called down to ask how often the airport shuttle ran. They asked what time he needed the shuttle, in which he said 6am and instead of confirming the time she said be in the lobby and promptly hung up the phone. Being the organized person that I am and worried that there might have been some miscommunication, I called the front desk again in order to confirm that the shuttle would in fact be picking us up in the morning. I called the front desk and asked again if a shuttle would be available to pick us up at 6am and this is the answer I got...I told your husband I put you down and youre still down now. Nothing has changed in the most disrespectful tone Ive ever heard from a concierges desk. Needless to say, from this experience alone, I think we will stick with the Hilton card and NOT branch out to Marriott!

  Five Stars!

  This was the best extended stay Hotel that I have ever stayed in. The managers, Stacey, Jackie and Donna made this stay very pleasant. The accommodations are excellent and the whole staff are the best! I highly recommend this Hotel!

  Great place to stay

  The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Stacey, Donna & Jackie are an awesome management team! The front desk & housekeeping staff always have a smile on their faces & have helped me with any questions/concerns Ive had. Thank you to the whole staff! My stay has been awesome!

  Best Stay anyone with COVID could have asked for

  This was an absolutely wonderful staff!! Came down with the COVID a few days after checking inn and based on their COVID protocols no one else in the hotel came down with it., Once I was confirmed to have it, they insured daily I was well and had the things I needed, they brought me food, fluids, medicine and medical supplies during this and not once did they ask for anything!! They did not treat me like I was an inconvenience, nor did they ignore my well being. I can not say enough about the staff!!!! They all were great, the ladies at breakfast once I was released recognized me and treated me as family, Stephanie, Donna, Jaqueline and the rest made sure I had everything I needed for the duration of my stay!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to just feel at home!! They are really great people and genuinely made me feel like family!!! THANK YOU GULFPORT-BILOXI Resident Inn!!   A good place to stay

  The hotel located a few minutes from the airport. They offer a shuttle service to pickup from the airport. It was very convenient. The front desk was very friendly. The breakfast server Ms. Sue, I think thats her name, shes the sweetest person ever. They actually serve hot breakfast which is very nice. The room is spacious. There is a kitchen which made the stay more convenient. The hotel suffered some damage from the hurricane recently, therefore there was some construction going on. I wasnt in the hotel during the day, so Im not sure if it was noisy. But even in the close proximity to the airport, I didnt hear much noise from the planes. Id recommend this hotel.
