  Wonderful time

  We had a two bedroom suite that was perfect. My mom, aunt, husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. Our suite was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety.

  Staff and breakfast were great, but bathroom door was difficult.

  So my mother and I booked this hotel as part of a block of rooms for my niece's wedding. The staff were spot-on, especially when we needed a few extra washcloths to keep our faces clean. The room was very clean, but we had only one problem. The bathroom door near closet kept going in a slow recoil, causing it at times to hit Mom's back when she was trying to get her clothes for rehearsal or the wedding itself. Everything else about it was just perfect, though.

  Home away from home

  After a kitchen fire displaced us in July, we moved into the residence inn for 4 months. The staff made it feel like home and took care of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great stay! Also the pet policy is great! We had our 2 50lb fur babies with us and they had a blast! Be sure to be in the lobby on mon-wed night for the mixers!

  Three strikes your out

  I visit this property a couple of times a month my daughter attends UNA and I like to cook her a hot meal while Im in town thus being the reason I choose this hotel I have previously had an issue with the cleanliness of my rooms back in February the issue was taken care of then again August with nothing being done.Decided to stay this one last time and this is what our room was like we opted on checking into another hotel without the kitchen and were much happier will not be back.Covid is real and this shows me that this hotel doesnt take it seriously

  Reliable option

  I have stayed here several times for business in the Florence area. This is a clean location, safe, and the staff has always been EXTREMELY helpful. It is a solid, reliable option. There are some minor complaints (A/C does not keep the room cold enough at times; older bathrooms; limited parking at times) but it is a nice place. I stay here 3-4 times per year for 1-2 nights.
