  Grandkids loved it

  We had two rooms booked with Marriott points. The staff arranged rooms that were across the hall from each other. Parking was plentiful & you can park near each entrance (key pad entry required). Easy check in. Rooms were spacious & clean. The rooms we stayed in had king bed in one room & pull out sofa for grand kids in the other. The rooms were quiet- this hotel is near, but not next to freeway. I didn't use the pool (indoor) but my grandkids said it was nice. Breakfast was excellent with many choices- this was the first time to a hotel for the 4 grand kids & they had lots of fun making waffles. Checkout was easy

  Business Travel

  Enjoyed my stay. Very large rooms with kitchen, living room and a bedroom. Hot breakfast buffet in the mornings (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals,oatmeal, bagels/muffins, pho and rice). They have a social hour in the evenings from 6-7 (pizza or desserts depends what day it is). The only complaint I have is the shower cold to luke warm water.

  Family Holiday

  Staff was the best feature of this hotel. Smiling and friendly no matter the time of day. Arranged for multiple family rooms to be close together. Maid service was helpful with cleaning times for days we were in and out at odd hours. Pool clean and child friendly. Kitchens well equipped for light meals.

  For Gods Sake, Just Close....

  Booked almost 2 months in advance. Check in was simple enough but everything was horrible. A/C barely worked, couldnt get room below 75 and microwave didnt work. Called front desk and talked to Sharonda or Lakeisha or whatever her name... ohhh what a waste. No maintenance people on site, Ill make a note and then it hung up on me. Went out and bought 2 box fans to help with the heat. Upon going to bed, realized gold out bed was completely broken and worthless. Slept with mattress on floor.... too tired at that point to go elsewhere. Ben a Marriotts Reward / Bonvoy member for years... maybe time to take a look at Hilton?

  Not so good

  This is an older hotel that needs upgraded. There is NO hot water at 0400. After the first day I called the front desk and they obviously know about this issue because the clerk hot nasty about it and told me to let the water run which I did and after 15 minutes the water is only Luke warm. This is no exaggeration here, this problem was everyday and forced me to change my routine just to have hot water. I spoke with a housekeeper about it and although she was extremely nice, she knew about the problem. I was to be there 24 days but after 12 I checked out and went to the hotel next door which doesn't have a kitchen but they do have hot water. I travel a lot and have experienced a lot but this one ranks #1 for never stay here again. After 5 days I ask for my room to be cleaned and the answer I got was they might get to it today or not. Unacceptable, never again at this hotel and I recommend not staying here.
