Clean and nice but DOGSWe were pleased for the most part with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was nice. Not much variance in breakfast choices, though. Our only complaint was the dogs. We had a dog next door to our room that barked often. The manager was sympathetic to our complaint. Had I know that dogs were allowed in all rooms, not just a certain area I would never have booked. The staff was wonderful, especially Mike Martinez.

Run down and very poor cleaning serviceOur family this summer stayed at multiple Residence Inns and all have been top quality so we were surprised when this one was sub-par. Upon entering into our first room the dog pee smell and musty odor was overwhelming. The carpet was coming up on the seam separating the bathroom and kitchen. We immediately asked for a different room. The front office staff member was accommodating and said he got us a room where it's been a month and a half since a pet was in the room. We were scheduled to stay 6 nights but had to leave after 3 because it was so terrible. The ants were everywhere. Dog hair was stuck to everything and you can tell the cleaning was non existent as there were visible clumps on the furniture and on the carpet. Even the one pasta noodle my son dropped below the kitchen table wasn't cleaned up and yes... the ants were all over it. After the 3rd night we asked to move out and cancel the remainder of our 3 days. They let us cancel without hassle. We also asked to be contacted by the manager but we didn't receive a call. The poor condition of the room had bad health effects on our children and myself and we lost a day of our vacation recuperating and having to move to another hotel.

Needs UpdatingStarting with the cooling system in the rooms that keep the room in the high 70s no matter what you do and no setting to keep the fan on. Calls to front desk went unanswered first night and swinging by the desk were told there was no one here to check. The hallways are freezing at least in the 2nd floor, this was the least I have ever slept in a hotel. The area is nice quiet area, great location but as a Marriott it is lacking and that pains me to say because I am a fan. This hotel needs updating, upgrading, deep cleaning (hair in shower, before we used the shower)and the sooner the better. Dont get me started on the grab and go breakfast some convenience store muffins, granola bars and a few bananas and yogurt, they should mention this on the website. I expect more from Marriott. Oh the days of Covid.

It has been a few years since I stayed here....Although it has been a few years since I stayed here....I did stay there for a 1 year period while doing some consulting work with a local business... The Marriott folks treated me great....This hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants and stores....and jogging and hiking trails...and a golf course...very convenient to both Boulder and Denver via bus !!!!!

Good value for extended stayThis place is a convenient and affordable option near Boulder and Broomfield (and Louisville, where it is actually located). Lots of good shopping (Super Target!) and restaurants nearby. Hotel felt slightly dated (mid to late 1990s, maybe?), but the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. There were a lot of dead insects on the window sills and behind the desk... I wish they had cleaned a bit more thoroughly before I arrived. I also wish the room had a smart TV, but was able to hook up my Nintendo Switch with an HDMI connection so that was fine. Staff was very nice. Guests and/or their pets occasionally made lots of noise in the halls/stairwells, but couldn't really hear this from my bed so it was OK. Good place overall.
