    A Disappointing Dump!

    This is a very tired, poorly kept Marriott Residence Inn. My room had stains on the floor in the bathroom and stains on the sofa. The television in the main room didn't work. I was informed that I wouldn't have room servicing for the entirety of my stay (5 days) because no one could enter an occupied room. If I wanted towels or extra coffee I could stop by the front desk. Since no one could come into the room I didn't even bother mentioning the nonfunctioning television. I did receive an email from a marketing director after I arrived and I told her the condition of the room. A manager was supposed to contact me. Never did. Because there was no room servicing, all of the garbage cans were overflowing at the entry into the buildings and laundry room. There appeared to be no servicing/cleaning of the stairs and hallways either. The same pile of dirt was on the stairs for days. I found out that other places in Longmont did service the rooms and clean the common areas. Super8 was one of them. I paid a lot more to stay at a Marriott and received a lot less than a Super8!

    Showing its age

    While its still a functional hotel and remains a Marriott, its older and showing its age. Weve had family in this area and have stayed exclusively at this hotel when visiting. As things have changed and family has either passed away or moved, this is likely our last stay at this hotel. It has a good location and there are several stores and restaurants nearby. Many of the restaurants are within walking distance. Its still a nice hotel but its no longer a minders hotel and shows its age when compared to newer builds. The mini- kitchen area is nice and can save you a few dollars on dining out. The furniture is in need of replacement. The one bedroom has a queen size bed, which is a disappointment when youre accustomed to a king size bed. The hotel allows pets and there is a decent walking path by the hotel. Currently, due to CoVid, there is no housekeeping as housekeepers are not allowed to enter the rooms during your stay. They have a grab-and-go breakfast, but I didnt check that out as Im not a big fan of those types of breakfasts. Overall its a decent place to stay.

    Not a good experience.

    This hotel seemed like a good choice to stay during Covid as they had a full kitchen and we could get some of our own groceries. Groceries definitely needed. The grab and go breakfast was located at the front desk and not the breakfast area. Not easy to socially distance. The front desk understaffed and did not have all the items available and ready. Trying to handout food and checkout customers at the same time did not work. The outside door from hallway was littered with cigarette butts and the trash can overflowing. During our 3 night stay the trash was never emptied outside. We asked staff to not clean our room to stay socially distant. Couch cushions stained. Dogs were barking in nearby rooms at all times of the night. One positive plenty of outlets to charge devices. Tucked in corporate office/light industrial area.

    Clean hotel with small kitchen

    This was next to a whole complex of Marriotts. The unit was clean and had a microwave and cooktop but no stove. There were 4 of us so one couple slept on the pull out sofa bed. It was a nice comfortable stay although it wouldve been nice if the sofa bed was the newer foam mattresses. Due to COVID, we had a brown bag bkfst which you can pack either yogurt, granola bars, fruit, etc...Dont expect a nice sit down buffet. Quick drive to downtown Boulder and about an 50mins-1 hour to Rocky Mountain NP.

    Unclean, unsafe and will never return!

    Stayed there for several nights, should have checked out after seeing room. Room was depressing, when we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a left over sheet from the previous guest crumpled up inside. YUCK! Then, one day after leaving for the day for appointments, returned to find door had been left open (by using the latch to hold it open) by housekeeping, ALL DAY!!! Front desk no help whatsoever. Just that that person doing housekeeping was new. It took over 6 phone calls to mgr to get a small, and I mean small, amount of compensation. We are loyal Marriott customers, but will never stay at this property or another Residence Inn if this is the quality they are offering.
