  Buen hotel

  Al estilo Residence Inn es un buen hotel para familias. Usamos la suite de dos recamaras y dos baños pues somos cinco y estuvimos muy cómodos. Las habitaciones renovadas y limpias. El único contra es que si el propósito es visitar Boston, está bastante lejos, al menos a. Media hora sin tràfico y hasta una hora con tráfico.

  David was wonderful

  The hotel was ok. Our room was not very clean. However the management took care of it and David was amazing he was professional and took care of the issue. Breakfast was lovely as well. The location is perfects as well

  geared for long term guests

  Our long term stay started at the first of the month. It was a good room with attentive cleaning staff, although communication from the front end made it difficult to find an extra blanket, etc. I noticed the extra effort at reception from Oneisha. I also noticed that Darryl will make sure that every issue is resolved! In comparison with other hotel breakfast, this is nothing spectacular. Suggestions for improvement must be implemented by the hotel chain!!?? On some days the pool and jacuzzi are tidy, beautifully furnished and the PERFECT temperature. On some days you can get an AWESOME price on line. On some days it is mild enough to use outdoor basketball court. Overall smiling when walking into this place!

  Offered points not to post a review about bed bug bites

  I've stayed with this hotel, and called the General Manager about points that his hotel promised to give me, due to bed bug bites received on this property, during our 3 night stay. I was offered the points in exchange for not writing a review or posting the pictures of the bites on my child's legs and arms. I never received the points and when I called to inquire about them, I was treated with disrespect, as well as, disregard by the General Manager. When I called Marriott to explain what took place, they immediately gave me the points and I sent them the proof, as well. The General Manager on this property is to busy treating his guests disdainfully and bribing them to keep quiet, then to take care of the major issues like bed bugs and the poorly maintained linen. Shame on you Marriott for carrying this hotel and General Manager under your brand.

  For Your Health and Safety Stay Away From This Hotel

  The front desk clerk was not wearing a mask when I walked into the lobby to ask about nearby restaurant delivery, and things went downhill from there. Upon raising this issue with the Marriott, "one of the managers" called my room to say that the clerk didn't know anybody was going to enter the main lobby at the time (midday), and that therefore it wasn't her fault she wasn't wearing a mask when I entered. I later ordered food from a local restaurant only to find that the kitchenette of this "upgraded suite" had no silverware. Luckily the restaurant provided plasticware, and when I went clean up the meal after resting a little, found roaches on all over the plates. ROACHES at the Residence Inn where staff members working with the public don't wear masks, and where the manager clearly doesn't care. This establishment is unsafe and disgusting.
