  I would rate it as "just Okay".

  Room - The rooms are okay, looks little old and the sizes are also small. The distance between sofa and TV is very less - may be around 5 - 6ft. Not comfortable to sit and watch. The kitchen utensils are not in very great shape. The TV in the room is also not a smart tv so u cannot watch Youtube, NetFlix etc. Breakfast - For vegetarian the options are very limited - in hot and freshly cooked stuff u only option is oats. Corn and other flakes are sugar coated , they do not have the plain one. The breakfast hours are 6 to 9.30 on weekdays and 10 am on weekends. Location The location is pretty good. Amenities There is a guest laundry and gym. You need to pay $2 for washing and about $1 for dryer.

  Very good, very nice staff

  Very good! The best is the RI evenings where they provide free wine, beer and food. Breakfast is great, and the lobby and grounds are very clean. I would have rated this a five but a couple of things held me back - shower was pretty cold, and no shampoo - just a bunch of conditioners. Room is big, but dark. I would stay again.

  Unsafe, bad service

  This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. We were there 6/6-6/8 Check in: The woman at the front desk did not acknowledge us when we walked into the lobby, but rather kept her eyes on her computer screen as we stood there waiting to check in. When we were finally called forward, she was completely frazzled and kept answering the phone. Room: There was a cigarette on our patio next to door. This was clearly left behind from last guest because there is no foot traffic in front of room entrance. Upon entering room, we immediately noticed there was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. I immediately alerted front desk and the woman informed me that there was nothing she could do about because she was the only one there. I was offered gloves to take it down myself or someone could come to do it the morning. She did not apologize and laughed it off saying the last guest was trying to smoke without setting off alarm. The floors in kitchen were sticky, with visible drips on the tile. When setting up the pull out bed, an old condiments wrapper was discovered. All the above could have possibly been overlooked until my six year old daughter stepped on something sharp and her foot began to bleed. My husband and I proceeded to inspect the entire carpet and found FIVE pieces of GLASS. If it were not after 9pm we would have left to find other accommodations. The next morning I brought this information to the staff in the lobby. This woman was more professional than the one from the day before and promised to have the room vacuumed while we were out. The hotel should have done something to compensate for such a terrible experience. I have included pictures to illustrate the experience. Contrary to the welcome letter found in room, this place is not dedicated to cleanliness, service, or safety.

  Two Night Stay In Penthouse

  As part of a road trip throughout Idaho, we stayed two nights here. As a Titanium elite, the hotel was nice to move my family of 4 into the two bedroom penthouse. Of all the hotels we stayed at, this provided the most room with a king bed bedroom downstairs and 2 double beds upstairs. Each had a full bathroom! No complaints here! Staff was friendly, breakfast options limited due to COVID-19, but I liked that we could grab the items as opposed to someone else having to do it for us at all the other Marriott hotels. No hot items. The property seems older, but clean grounds and kept well. Parking in front of our building (Building 3) was no issue. Sadly the spa is out of service, but the kids and myself still enjoyed the outdoor pool. The two staff members I encountered were friendly; Ofa on the night shift and I believe Steve in the morning. He even remembered our coffee order from the day before during breakfast, which was nice. We would definitely stay again when in Boise.

  THANK YOU, TAMMY...!!!

  A good old-fashioned (in every wonderful sense of the word) Residence Inn, with the bi-level loft setup queen or 2 double beds upstairs with its own bathroom and tub, king downstairs with its own bathroom and tub. P.S. The upstairs queen arrangement we had was the absolute biggest bedroom area we have ever encountered in our over 700 Marriott nights at these RI setups. It was fabulous. Even had windows upstairs that were screened and open for a breeze (ditto downstairs bedroom). Fitness room has free weights, outdoor pool area was closed but it looked like a great area when the weather changes. Breakfast carried on even with the virus woes: milk cartons, bananas, oranges, yogurts, several types of pastries and breakfast bars. Thank you so very much to Tammy, who cheerfully accommodated our seemingly-never-ending schedule changes and got us a much-appreciated Titanium upgrade.
