  El hotel muy bonito, recientemente renovado, personal muy amable, la decoración me gusto mucho, la cama supercomoda, buena cantidad de canales de tv. El desayuno es el tipico ofrecido pero en un area muy pequeña para la cantidad de huespedes que tienen. La habitación distribuye muy bien el espacio, la decoración es muy agradable.

  Extended Stay Became Our Extended Family

  Our family had the misfortune of being displaced from our home due to a flood and were forced to leave our house for 6 weeks. We ended up a the Hunt Valley Residence Inn because they accommodated our two dogs. The thought of living in a hotel over the Christmas holiday with 2 teenagers and 2 dogs was NOT the way we wanted to celebrate the holidays. What we expected to be a HUGE hassle and inconvenience actually ended up being a great adventure for our family. What made the difference was the staff of the facility. The front desk staff became our extended family; they knew our dogs by name, offered them treats when they came back from walks - nothing was ever out of the question. Jake and Will would always ask if we needed anything whenever we came through the lobby. They would hold packages for us as we tried to assemble a Christmas for our sons in a hotel room. In a word they were AMAZING!!! The hardest part of our stay was leaving. The housekeeping staff came by to say goodbye and the front desk staff gave us a send off complete with treat for our dogs. They take really good care of the facility, just like their guests. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked and the staff always said "Good morning"; they are just a well oiled machine. I can't say enough about this facility and the people who operate it. They really turned a bad situation into something special.

  Great stay

  Stayed here for lacrosse tournament with my son. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and large, full size refrigerator. No ice machine, which I find a bit annoying because I like to fill up the cooler and when you call and ask, they tell you to turn on the ice machine in the freezer but ours didnt work and would have not done the job even if it did. Besides that, they have a cool little outdoor area that they let us hang out in with a few families. Would definitely stay again if in the area. There is also a town center about a mile away with tons of restaurants and stores.

  Covid reservations

  I just got off the phone with Anita and she was beyond amazing. I am nervous about my upcoming thanksgiving trip because I am pregnant. She answered all my questions and reassured my safety. Thank you!

  Leisure over night stay

  It was not worth the money spent. The website does not fully list what has changed due to covid 19. The breakfast was minimal.. unable to us any of the amenities on the property. The room and hotel weren't that clean. The elevator was horrible wet and dirty. The room Was not that clean, old food on the cooking ware, white stains on the furniture!! The kids could not use the wifi for their gaming consoles. We just wanted a quick overnight saty with breakfast and a hot tub we got neither!! Could have should have saved my money !!
