  Fantastic Staff - especially Samantha

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and it was very delightful. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. It is extremely spacious. The best part of this residence is the staff. All were extremely professional, friendly and willing to help. One particular member went way beyond and that was Samantha. She is absolutely fantastic. Always willing to help, called to follow through. She was always cheerful and always willing to accommodate all our needs and went way beyond. Thank you to Residence Inn.

  We love staying at Residence Inn Bakersfield for all the right reasons.

  We visit family in Bakersfield on a regular basis and ALWAYS stay at Marriott's Residence Inn for all the right reasons: good value, well-groomed landscape, clean facility, great gym to get a good workout, and wonderful staff. The front desk staff are friendly and super helpful, especially Jerry. He treats us like we are family and works to anticipate our needs. I urge you to put them at the top of your hotel list when visiting Bakersfield and find all the right reasons like we did and continue to!

  Awesome stay at this sweet hotel with caring staff!

  Recently I had to travel to the Bay area but got off work late so decided to book a room at the Residence Inn Bakersfield to break up the 6+ hour drive from L.A. I have stayed in at least 20 Residence Inns and a plethora of other hotels. My experience at this hotel was awesome! From a very warm welcome and check in by Scott, to the very clean suites, to the beautiful home-like grounds and check-out with very sweet Samanta and Dasia, my experience was phenomenal! The wonderful Lassen health market and many other shops and restaurants are a short walk from the hotel.. I highly recommend this excellent hotel to anyone needing a home away from home while in Bakersfield.

  Wonderful hotel with nice room features and friendly staff

  We stayed at the Residence Inn for one night while travelling through Bakersfield and it was a wonderful experience. Scott handled our check-in and was very professional. He made us feel incredibly welcome after our long journey. We arrived without reservations as the hotel we previously planned on staying at was fully booked- we later realized that was a blessing in disguise because it led us to find this wonderful hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and overall very nice. It had a comfy bed, full kitchen, and nice TV that can be connected with your phone so that you dont have to use hotel remotes. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and straightforward. The next time I am passing through Bakersfield I am definitely coming back to the Residence Inn!
