  Disappointed

  Ive stayed in plenty of Residence Inns in many states and this one was very disappointing. The rooms were seriously outdated and I was highly disappointed. I booked the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and paid over $400 for the two nights and stayed in the room 6 hours and didnt go back because I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the room or bedding. Of course it was too late to cancel the reservation without penalty....guess I should have read the reviews first.

  More teachable moments

  I dont think things have changed since the previous reviews. On the floor were pills, coins dropped by previous visitors. The couch sagged badly in the middle. The silverware drawer had only a partial complement of utensils. We watched a mouse skitter across the living room. On the plus side was a wonderful and accommodating front desk staff, and the pool was open.

  Ok but somewhat run down

  This Residence Inn was OK but its getting a little run down. Its younger than the apartment gen versions though. Its a little hard to assess given COVID restrictions. They had done a good job of implementing essential precautions. The room itsself was sort of cramped, the furniture barely fits the bed section. Breakfast was provided but due to COVID it was grab and go . Room was not properly stocked - only two sets of towels even though my reservation was for three. Again this is a little hard due to COVID but I stayed at another Residence Inn right after this one and I have to say that the one in San Antonio did FAR better.

  Very comfortable, great staff

  I've stayed at this property several times. It's clean and comfortable. Very well located, close to I-35 yet quiet. Many restaurants nearby. Also Walmart, Target etc. Staff is super friendly and very nice, thanks to Terry, Fay, Tiffany and Torie.

  Tori and her group were excellent. So responsive and such a great value. I highly recommend this hotel

  We came during a snow storm, but this group of people couldn't have been better. Great breakfast every morning, helpful and responsive staff, pool basketball court and a studio apartment style suite all for a reasonable price. Really one of the best hotel experiences ever. Thank you Tori and staff!
