  One word SUPERB

  This is our 3rd time staying at the hotel... and just when you think service cant get better, it does! Chris Olivares at the front desk was just FABULOUS! Even our family who were visiting from out-of-country marveled at how professional and costumer oriented it was.... There are many many more visits from us in the future for this hotel!!! Keep it up!!

  Not as good as previous reviews indicate.

  I recently stayed a few nights at this hotel. I'm surprised previous reviewers rated it a high as they did. I will say the lobby looks great and the desk staff were all very efficient and friendly. There was a social hour one afternoon, which was a nice touch. The fire pit on the patio was also nice. The suite was adequate, but like everywhere else in the building, it wasn't especially well maintained. There was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, dirt on the window sills, a piece of the bedside light hanging off, and a random hanger on the shower rod when I arrived. I wanted to relax and swim in the pool, but chose otherwise once I got there. There was some small debris and something nasty floating deep down close to the drain, (maybe a cluster of hair?) If the basic cleaning doesn't get done, I doubt the chemicals are likely managed well either. The jacuzzi looked just as bad. The morning breakfasts had a good variety of items, but unfortunately, the women working them were not customer friendly. Of note, there were a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, a definite plus. With a little attention to detail, I think this place could return to the level at which it really should be.

  Could be better!

  We stayed here for a few days. Check in was smooth, and quick. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was OK, but had some problems. The first thing was the bathroom sink handle made a loud noise, and was stiff when turning on and off. The bathroom fan was very loud and you had to keep the door closed so you could hear the TV. The trim on the bedside light is hanging a bit, and the toilet barely had any water and didn't flush well, so we sometimes had to flush twice. The internet kept kicking me off while working and was slow to connect. Other than those issues the stay was OK. Place just needs some attention to issues.

  One of the best hotels!

  Im in love with this hotel. Super clean, conveniently located, indoor pool (not heated), indoor hot tub, outdoor grill and fire pit ( it was freezing to be outdoor). Very friendly and helpful staff, laundry area ($1.50 per washer, $1 per drier 30 mins). Our room had a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge..etc, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs, dinning area!! We stayed in room 321. Def in our top 3 hotels ever!!! We paid $156 including tax. No fee fir parking and hot full breakfast included (bagged to go due to Covid). Shampoo, conditioner and Bodt wash were tea tree . I cant wait to come back.

  Decent but rooms need some maintenance

  For being only 4 years old, we were disappointed in this facility, as Residence Inns go. Many maintenance issues in rooms have gone unaddressed and it's showing. We were upgraded to a master suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, being Bonboy Platinum guests. The furniture needs a refresh, as it's very worn almost entirely across the board. The housekeeping staff needs to remove all furniture to clean behind things regularly, as well. There was no bedding in the room for the pullout and the breakfast situation was lacking in variety, due to COVID restrictions this property seems to maybe be taking advantage of, a bit. The pool smelled terrible and the hot tub was out of order for maintenance - something other reviews from several months ago also say. Because the price was right and we were upgraded, we did end up staying and not leaving upon noticing the first few initial cleanliness issues. If they work on these things to improve quality and cleanliness, this hotel could be brought up to par for as new a facility as it is. Because of the location near River Place trails and recreational activities if the Lake, we would stay again, if the price was right though.
