  Great hotel, staff and location with only one problem

  We stay at Marriotts 100% of the time unless there arent any available. Everything here is great, obviously newer hotel. My one concern is the shower floor which may not seem important except that it was so slippery that both my husband and I almost fellit was so bad that I couldnt even finish my shower. We asked for a tub mat and the only thing they had available was a towel mat which they readily offered more of and delivered immediately. Just wanted to write a review in hopes that they will not use whatever tile or stone they are using in future hotels without testing them using soap. In the meantime, they should have plastic mats available or put something on the floor to help rectify this. This is a potential accident and lawsuit just waiting to happen. We wont stay here again because of it which is a real shame because everything else was wonderful.

  Love this hotel!

  The hotel was clean and met all my needs and the customer service was outstanding! Ashley & Helki were excellent and made sure we had what we needed. I will definitely stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Atlanta!

  Very Good Stay

  Hotel well maintained with Covid-19 adherence being practiced. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast adjusted to the issues at hand. Parking plentiful. Room well equipped and spotless. Excellent location for restaurants, shopping mall and interstate access.

  Great hotel near the city!

  This hotel is conveniently located just outside of Atlanta where it's just close enough so you can get into the city easily but not have to pay for parking during your hotel stay! I loved how accommodating and friendly the staff was! It was really nice to come back from sightseeing and one of the staff remembered us and asked about our adventures. So sweet of her. The free continental breakfast in the mornings aren't bad either. Very clean overall and a good experience. It's also located right next to a Walmart in case you forgot to pack anything or want to buy some food to cook up in your kitchen. My only complaint is that the shower design was different from what I'm used to. During check out, they told us that all Residence Inns have this design. The shower has an open concept (see photo attached) so a lot of the heat and water does escape while you're showering. Not a huge deal breaker but something to consider.

  Not Too Close, But Not Too Far Away

  A little towards the outskirts, but not too far away. I really like this place. From the decor to the amenities to the service throughout. Was clean. New fixtures. Professional staff there 24/7 and masked up. Thank you. Will probably return.
