  Very nice facility and helpful staff

  Rooms are very big and comfortable. Staff , especially Denise at the front desk was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me with a billing error. Thanks Denise! Definitely recommend this Hotel

  Great Stop outside of Atlanta

  This is a great place to stop if you need to travel through Atlanta either going north or south. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and small shops. It is quiet and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. It is a great place to avoid the chaos that is often ATlanta.

  Clean, convenient to I-75, full kitchen, two televisions!

  Heading from Florida to Michigan. We chose Residence Inn because they have kitchens to cook a simple meal and full size refrigerators. We dislike the chain food restaurants that are usually located near hotels. If you prefer the convenience of being able to cook a simple meal in suite before hitting the hay for another full day of driving this is a great hotel for you. Room was clean, had good lighting, comfortable bed, plenty of parking. Suite had a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs for dining, living room area and separate bedroom. Loved that it had two televisions! The free buffet breakfast had the usual items including the rubbery scrambled eggs. Senior rate was good value.

  Room was NOT clean

  We were traveling and stopped for 1 night at this property. Check-in was fine, the front desk attendant was nice and I felt safe checking in. Our room was the furthest room from the elevator on the 3rd floor of another building. We checked in around 9pm after driving for 11 hours and there was garbage and/or dirty laundry outside of at least 5 rooms as we walked to our room. We checked into our room and due to traveling with an immunocompromised child I had the family stay at the entrance while I went to wipe everything down. I was horrified to find sticky table surfaces. There was something that was either vomit or food crusted and dripping down on the couch (appreciate that its leather and I was able to clean it with MANY MANY wipes). There was a large red stain in the middle of the carpet which looks like perhaps spilled nail polish? What horrified me the most was the pen that is put in each room on a notepad looked as if it was rubbed in feces or said vomit. It was absolutely disgusting. As I mentioned we had traveled a long way and the hotel appeared to be quite full and we were departing early the next morning- I did not have the energy to scrub down ANOTHER room that could have been just as bad so we stayed put. There was no hand soap in the kitchen. The stovetop had crusted food on it. I happened to run into the Front Desk attendant as we were going to our car and she did apologize and did credit our stay with rewards as we were staying on a certificate. But this property needs a good looking at. It was not clean enough in a non-covid world much less during a Pandemic. I understand that Georgia may operate under a different mentality as far as the seriousness of the virus but we stayed with Marriott due to their Covid promises of sanitization and cleanliness and this property fell VERY SHORT of that.

  Great hotel!

  I stay at a LOT of Sonestas and they vary greatly...Kennesaw's was GREAT! Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, food service and quiet. I've stayed at others in and around the Atlanta area that were terrible. I'll stay at this Sonesta every time I come to Atlanta.
