  Bueno pero la limpieza de las habitaciones deja que desear

  La suite en la que me hospede fue cómoda y de buen tamaño. Cocina y chimenea. Lo que me pareció deficiente fue la limpieza de la misma. Tengo la impresión de que solo entraban a tender la cama y solo eso . El segundo aspecto que no me gustó fue que hay que salir del lobby para llegar a las habitaciones y con -13 grados no fue cómodo.

  The worst hotel stay I ever had for this hotel chain.

  My stay began with being notified of my reservation not being valid while trying to check-in and I was informed by the front desk that Marriott customer service contacted them and informed them to tell me, I needed to call customer service to discuss my reservation and purchasing additional points. I spent over 45 minutes trying to get clarification of what happen with my reservation due to processing the request online from my Marriott account and confirming that everything was correct. I was very disappointed to find out no one had contacted me to discuss the issues. My wife and I drove over 4 hours from the approaching incoming hurricane to deal with a dysfunctional staff. Also we failed to get a good night sleep due to the Air Conditioning unit in our room making a high pitch squeaking noise when the fan would come on. I am glad I only book the room for one night. This kept happening all night and room was outdated furniture was old showed signs of wear and tear. The hall way smelled and the elevator smell like old grease. I will never stay at this location again. I have stayed at Residence Inns and they all were well kept. This was the worst stay I every had with this hotel chain. Also your customer service reps online need to be retrain on how to discuss issues with customers. They were very rude when I call to address my concerns. The hotel really needs to be rebuilt. I am we only had reservation for one night. We made reservations at a nicer five star hotel.

  Room dirty and smelled like chemicals

  second time staying here but never again. Both times the room smelled like cleaning chemicals or something else. I wiped the counter in the bathroom and it was very dirty. Dogs barking throughout the night.

  Typical Residence Inn - Renovation early 2020

  We stayed at the Residence Inn during construction, so I know the rooms will be much better when they have been updated. The breakfast was served in a smaller room than usual. The person at check in was very nice and even offered a gift bag since I was silver. Great location in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. The 2 bed / 2 bath unit is very nice for a family trip.

  Wonderful hotel experience! New updated rooms are awesome! A must visit!!!!!

  Our stay at Marriot Residence Inn by Northpoint Mall in Alpharetta, Ga was great! They have just recently updated their rooms and the are so nice. We enjoyed a lovely couple days near an inviting pool, professional and caring atmosphere, and clean rooms! Nice to know there are still hotels like this out there that aim to please. Such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!!!!
