  Newer facility, very nice

  I stayed here with my wife in late September 2019. The hotel is conveniently located off I-87, and isn't too far of a drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Check in was fast, and there is a large area where the complimentary breakfast is served. This is a newer hotel, and has everything I come to expect with the Residence Inn brand. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping this place up, and the grounds are well maintained. I definitely would return if I am ever in the area again.

  Spacious and clean

  We came here as a party of 6 and the two bedroom suite we had was big enough to accommodate all of us. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with double vanity. I have been to other Residence Inns before and stayed at two bedrooms suites but this one has noticeably nicer bathrooms. The other bedroom had access to a share bathroom which was also quite nice. The only complaint really is that the glass wall in the master bath shower did not completely cover the shower area and water would splash out. The breakfast area has a standard selection of breakfast items you would expect from other Residence Inns. The seating area is a little small and the buffet area even smaller. The line for the waffle machine has nowhere to go. Overall the hotel is nice and new and I would return again.

  Great hotel

  Ive stayed here a few times and they always do a fantastic job! Clean huge room with everything I needed to be comfortable. Upon late check out, the GM was at the desk and I stated how great the hotel functions every time I come. Thank you for making me comfortable! Ill be back soon Im sure!

  Great stay for a local emergency

  We are local and power was out for 3 days. Room was immaculate. Staff friendly. Covid precautions were in place. (Masks, sanitizer, et al.) , We felt like we were traveling, but in our own backyard. Breakfast was a unique attempt to be "normal" in an abnormal situation. You had to stand in line to order your meal (eggs, oatmeal, cereal, muffin, etc.) and then wait while they prepared it. One at a time. Inefficient, but a nice attempt to prepare a nice meal under the circumstances. I would have my guests stay here in the future.

  Top Notch Service, Comfortable & Clean Room

  We stayed here on Thanksgiving night on our way in between places and selected this hotel so that we could have our takeout dinner safely and comfortably in our room. The kitchenette is a great size, which a nice sized fridge, a little stove top, dishwasher, sink, plenty of plates and glasses/etc., and a nice countertop for eating facing the TV/living area. We comfortably watched a movie in the evening on the cozy sofa. Everything extremely clean and comfy. The staff was terrific. The girls working the front desk on the holiday were as friendly as could be. Even the man in the morning cleaning the lobby had a smile and a hello. Very stupidly I had left my wedding ring on the granite countertop in the dressing area (it blended right in). I realized about an hour after checkout and called to see if the room had been cleaned. Allison in housekeeping had found my ring and given it to the front desk. I've been married 20 years and have a 125 year old vintage ring and would have been crushed to lose it. I offered a tip for its return but was refused. I will be forever grateful to the staff at the hotel for getting it back to me! When we return to the area over the winter this will be our first choice hotel. It's conveniently off the highway - close to Albany and also Saratoga Springs and you could make a day trip to Lake George or the Berkshires from here.
