  Not for children!

  Dont come here if you have children. They are not allowed to jump into the pool... ridiculous but true. They are not allowed a float of any kind.... or ball .... or bat ... or quite frankly any fun at all. Not only that, the life guard is over zealous in how they police this and has spoilt the holiday for our family with his over aggressive policing and body language. The pool is practically empty as none of the families feel comfortable using it which is a shame and when a child nearly enters the water there are hushed whispers around the pool wondering how quickly the life guard will react and blow his top. In all my years of holidaying Ive never witnessed anything quite like this. I went to reception to discuss this and complain.... the receptionist just smirked and said her manager was too busy to talk to me. Its a real shame as it could have been a great holiday. On a positive note to give a balanced view, the apartment is quite nice, great view, great bathroom, comfortable beds. Its just lacking a swimming pool that can be used by children or anyone not wanting to swim lengths. Perfect if youre not looking for a useable swimming pool on a family holiday. A rather expensive mistake and something they dont explain on their website.

  Great appartment with sea view

  The apartment had a beautiful view on the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen provided the necessary utensils to prepare basic dishes. Air conditioning was available in both bedrooms but not in the living area / kitchen. The Noise caused by the a/c might be too loud if you keep the window open during the night.

  Amazing place for your holidays. Make sure to book in advance to enjoy your home away from home. Relax in style, surrounded by nature, a few steps from the sea! Ideal for all: families, friends and couples!

  Vacaciones relajantes en entorno natural

  El Resort se encuentra a unos pocos km de la localidad de Palau, cerca de la famosa Roca del Oso; la construcción ha sido muy respetuosa con el medio, lo que permite disfrutar de su estupenda playa sin apreciar las construcciones situadas en la colina entre vegetación mediterránea; la piscina de agua salada es estupenda, con un diseño muy atractivo: el tipo de construcción hace que sea necesario bajar escaleras para acceder a la piscina o a la playa ( dependiendo de la ubicación del apartamento), pero para nosotros no ha sido inconveniente. Estupenda acogida en recepción, y atención inmediata y muy satisfactoria del servicio de mantenimiento para resolver un pequeño incidente con una lámpara. Recomendable para quien disfrute de paseos en un entorno natural ( fotografía adjunta). Repetiremos

  Holiday with little children

  Great location, clean, perfect beach access. Great staff. However a place that surprised with unfriendly approach towards little children. Some guests felt offended by a kids play noise at any time of the day or even a location. We had to use the most remote corner of the beach to let kids (2-5 y.o.) to play without reminding them every 5 minutes to reduce their voices. Some guest complained to the reception that our dinner on the terrace was loud and annoying. The kids go to bed at 20:30 latest. So a great place for elder couples but not very well suited for families with little kids.
