Big let down and very very very poor service Dont go thereWe arrived on a Sunday evening and had let the hotel know we were arriving after 7pm. They sent out a letter stating someone would be waiting for us and the sent bus times and directions to the hotel from the station. We arrived in Bratislava on a hot eveing and there was no bus numbers they had advised, we tried for an hour to find the buses but hardly anyone in Bratislava spoke English. Eventually we gave up and got a taxi to the appartments which was about 15 min drive away. We arrived at 7.30 and there was no one there! We phoned the number on the door for an hour and a half but no one answered. Someone then answered at nearly 9pm but when I spoke they instantly hung up! We were by this time tired, hot and not to happy with the service. There were also loads of mosquitos around the hotel area which we didnt find anywhere else in Bratislava. The hotel is miles from the centre and in not the best area, as it got dark we got worried and scared so headed to the centre to find alternative accomodation! Luckily we did by 10pm after being in the city for 4hours! Dont stay at this hotel although its cheap you can find plenty better for the same cost in Bratislava. Very poor and not well located at all for anything.

No one at reception and the phone number non existent.Avoid!!!!!We booked for 1 night.Information on booking .com stated reception would be open till 5.30pm.We had booked 2 days before so they should have been expecting us! We arrived on Saturday at 2.30pm.Very,very ,very hard to find luckily had GPS and there was an unoccupied office. This place is amongst the apartments built for the population during the soviet era.The office had a notice telling us to ring an after hours phone number. We did-couldn't get through. My son tried his mobile the same result. After an hour of waiting and eyeing everyone hopefully who parked near us my husband asked a local to call the number for him only to be told in slovakian the number was not available. We waited another 45 mins,Gave up and booked somewhere else.Do not go here!!! Later that evening my husband got through at 9.30pm(very strange) although rang out.We paid a fortune for another hotel Antares at 150 euros/night !!! but at least reception was manned, settled in and insisted booking.com give us our money back.We showed ,they didn't!The next morning and probably because booking.com had contact ed whoever my husband got a call from these people. The office is unmanned on the weekends and it was her birthday. He told her off and insisted we get a refund, advised her to get a working after hours number and to update the website to warn people.Read other reviews of this nature on the booking.com website and should have heeded their advice. It has happened to others.Reception is a real estate office and god knows where the apartments are.Do Not use !!!!!!! Not professional at all and they should have been expecting us.Found accomodation in Bratislava to be the most expensive of our European trip.even though we stayed in Vienna.

This Hotel is really the pitsI came for business to bratislava. My colleague stays in this hotel (south side). He asked me to come to this hotel. So, i made a reservation for 3 month. When we arrived, they showed us the appartement in the 5th floor (north side). It was very noise, cause the railroad is about 10m and the highway is 20m away. I disagreed the reservation, because nobody can sleep well with this sound intensity. We became a appartment in 1th floor, on the southern part. This weeks was ok. But after we was on vacation, our appartment was rented to an other custumer, without consulting to us. When we came back, we got an appartment on 5th floor on the northern noise side, even though we had a contract for the other appartment and payed it already 2 month in foreward.
