  good location but needs to be updated

  We have previously stayed in Maeva's so we reserved this sight unseen. We did like the location. It is not on the water but is just a block away from the promenade. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and there is the option of free parking although we chose to pay for it since there was a sailing event in town. The apt design was good and it was well equipped for cooking etc and had a small balcony with a nice view. They are not ocean views although we could see some water in the distance. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They have a pool but it was not yet open when we were there although we did use the lawn chairs to sit outside in the sun one afternoon. They also have laundry facilities on site. You need to buy a token to use in the machines and the desk has limited hours so plan ahead for that---I could have used another token for the dryer but it was too late to get one. They do provide drying racks in the apt so it worked out ok. Our only real complaint about the apt is that it needed updating. The beds were ok but are not as comfortable as others where we have stayed. The lighting in the bathroom is HORRIBLE!!! Can barely see yourself in the mirror. We first stayed in this apt chain about 15 years ago and the apts in Carnac don't seem to have been updated since then---the bedspreads are still the same, the curtains were worn and it just generally needed a new paint job to brighten things up. We thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the area around Carnac. It was an ok stay but apt desperately needs an update! Knowing most American tastes I would hesitate to recommend this apt now for that reason

  Great location, clean, friendly and professional staff

  I had a superb time - excellent location, good accommodation. I am a light sleeper and did not hear a sound from my apartment on the 4th floor so plenty of rest! Excellent staff. The other guests seemed to be mostly French - courteous, polite and considerate and I assume knew the best place to be when on holiday. Would I recommend? Definitely. The premises would need a facelift at some point with external decoration but that is the downside of sun and sea for all property.

  Good location

  Although a tired property, requires re-investment. Excellent position near Carnac Plage, shops and restaurants. Easy free parking although in high season may be worthwhile paying for a parking place, although rather expensive. Wifi only available if pay.

  Viaje por la Bretaña

  Buena situacion, trato muy agradable y muy amables. Las habitaciones son amplias y estan bien equipadas, la nuestra tenia literas y un sofa como cama principal. El unico pero es que teniendo sitio podian tener mejores camas y no usar como cama principal un sofa ( aunque no estaba mal )

  Review

  I booked here at the last minute in August via booking.com.(shocking after sales service - very condescending responses to my concerns) Location was great, this was last of positives . Very tired accomm needing urgent refurb. Very dusty and dirty in places, green algae on balcony screen, hadnt been cleaned for a long time. Worn chipped surfaces and thick dust. See photos
