  Very nice holiday

  We enjoyed our stay at Gran Madò. The staff was helpful, the residence was very clean. We appreciated the swimming pool. The city centre, beach and supermarket were within walking distance. Really good value for the money.

  Summer holidays

  We spent a wonderful week in our beloved Caorle (as a child I would always go there for summer holidays). The residence is fairly new and well maintained. Walking distance to beach and city center. The outside pool is not heated and therefore quiet cold. The underground garage is convenient and spacious. We will be back this summer!

  very nice holiday

  We spent a week in 1-room appartment at gran mado. The stuff was very heplful, all our wishes were no problem for them. The room was clean and nice, equipment was ok, location very good - close to the beach and also to the big superstore but far enough to have peacefu sleep. we enjoyed the week and I am sure we will come back . the sea was clean and warm, ideal for our small children.

  Great summer vacation

  This apartment hotel is new and clean and only a few minutes away from the beach, and a short walk from the beautiful old town of Caorle. An umbrella and 2 sun beds on the beach is included in the price. There is a fast food place (which also sells coffee) and an ice cream shop on the ground floor, and a supermarked 10 minutes walk away. We travelled with 2 kids aged 6 and 3,5 years. We had an apartment with one bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa. The beds were comfortable compared to other places I have stayed in Italy. The place is new and very clean. We did not have any problem with noise from the other apartments but we were on the top floor and towards the end of the building. The kitchen is well equipped but all items such as toilet paper, washing up liquid, soaps etc have to the brought. We rented bed sheets and towels for 49 for one week, the towels were made of a strange disposable material which started shedding after 3 days so I was covered in cotton-like material...-bring your own towels! The swimming pool is great and has a separate area for small kids. Staff was friendly but we didnt need much help during our stay. There is no wi-fi and no cleaning (at least not during a one week stay)

  Nice, friendly appartment

  Bit far from the center of Caorle, this is a well equiped appartment with swimming pool. Clean, quiet, friendly. Parking is included. Supermarket is just 200m away. No bedcloths, this is a weak point!
