  Excelente relación calidad precio

  Es un pequeño hostal en Sottomarina-Chioggia. Habitaciones con bonita decoración, climatizadas y con tv, en una zona tranquila y trato familiar. Te ofrecen parking gratuito a un paso del hostal. Desde Chioggia tienes transporte a Venecia.

  Mixed bag but overall good place to stay

  In the quieter part of Sottomarina so not easy too find. Very clean and tidy, complimentary fruit in room and good toiletries (travel toothbrushes, shaving kit) grazie. Aircon does the job and didn't keep me awake, good because with the windows open the minimal traffic noise woke me up. 5/10 minute walk to the beach cafe for breakfast. Interesting breakfast! First served with a tray with a baby's cornflake portion (I'm not joking) fruit salad (which was mostly fresh,just the pear skin a bit off) and a yoghurt. Fruit juice and coffee ok. Then served with a croissant and some ham, cheese and toast, all OK. Usual stuff only unusual presentation. Useful to have a lockable beach cabin on the private beach by the breakfast café. Beach is sandy and nearer the cabin the sellers hawking sunglasses and sarongs etc don't venture. Reception was manned when we needed it and was helpful on arrival. Free parking for guests is around the corner and we were shown to this by the guy on reception. Information on how the beach cabin setup and showers work would have been handy because we had to work this out.

  Hidden Gem

  A delightful surprise nestled between fishing vessels on one side and Adriatic beaches on the other side. The room, although small, was more than adequate for our stay. Tastefully decorated, with an interesting decor reflecting days gone by, like the old water pipes in the bathroom now used as towel rails. Refurbished 5 years ago, but you would think it was only recently completed. Meticulously clean. A good supply of complimentary tea, Nespresso and fresh fruit and bar snacks for an additional charge. It's worth the booking just to see the towel arrangement on the bed. The young owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this hidden gem. Absolutely value for money.

  Great place to stay, if a little disjointed

  The location was great and the feature rooms are stunning, we stayed in the "Musica" room and it was beautifully done. Everything feels top quality and the cleanliness is exceptional ! The only down sides are our room was small, not a problem to us but might not suit everyone. The hotel is disjointed in more than one building and there really isn't a bar or any social areas. On the plus side it was a short walk to beach and the town centre and Chioggia are within easy walking distance. The Marie Rose Pizzeria was downstairs from our room and they do great pizza.

  Comfortable place with a great owner!

  Residence Eleonora is a fine accommodation in Sottomarina. There are rooms and apartments (stayed in both). All the comforts are there. The guests have free access to the beach where they are provided with a little storage/dressing cabin (you can leave your stuff there, and there are also a table, 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds). Every day you find a plate with fruit in your room. There is also a coffee machine for your use and a mini bar. Everything works fine: air conditioning, water. And the host, Alessandro, is the most welcoming, hospitable person. He will help you in choosing a good restaurant, advising on what to see, where to go, and if you have any needs or issues he will definitely help you in resolving them. Breakfast is served in a pizzeria around the corner - and it is a very good breakfast with cheese, ham, juice, yogurt, fruit. The charming Chiara will make you a great cappuccino.
