  A very relaxing and enjoyable vacation

  We discovered the hotel purely incidentally - but had a great time and the staff were attentive and very friendly. Especially since we did not speak Italian and their English was limited, everyone of the staff really went out of thier way to make sure we felt at home and attend to us. No matter if at breakfast, the reception, housekeeping, the pool attendant or the antertainment staff, they were all wonderful! The hotel is a very clean and great tourist class hotel with a new lobby. Service was of a much higher calibur than one typically experiences in the Mediterranean islands, Mallorca or the Canary Islands - it was a delightful surprise. Brolo itself is tucked away in a beautiful costal area and away from the typical tourist magnets. This is why it has kept it's charm as an authentic, small Sicilian citiy located halfway between Palermo and Messina. It is really a great secret and way to experience "true" Sicily without the tourist traps and artificialness, real Sicilian restaurants, cafes, shops and Geleterias which are geared to true Sicilians - but everyone welcomes you warm-heartedly, never even hinting at the fact fact that very few non-Italians probably come there. Simply stated: great hotel, wonderful town and people, clean and spacious beaches! We will be back!

  Charming town and charming hotel with amazing staff.

  A 1 night stay in Brolo on our 2 week long Sicily adventure ended up being 4 nights purely because the discovery of this hotel. Between a great breakfast spread, great pool area, great activites for kids and adults, the location and amazing staff going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable this was the best hotel stay on our 1 month Italy trip. Highly recommended charming town and hotel to visit if you want to stay away from touristy areas and tourist traps.

  A nice vacation

  I was at the Costa Azzurra last august for 3 days vacation i've been there for the last 5 years for a week or less vacation,the staff is great,the food is "SUPERBO" am glad that they refurbish the hall it looks very clen,modern and elegant,the restaurant did get as well a touch of elegance with the new sit cover,now am expetting the rooms to have a bit of lift-up that need it,the pool is superb. thank you all and i will see you soon!mary London

  Just avarage hotel.

  The rooms are very poor and old-fashioned, but pretty clean. The stuff in the hotel is very nice, but rarely speak English (nobody in dining room so it was difficult to ask for anything). The food is also a bit poor, we have paid all inclusive and had twice just a common sausage for dinner (as a non fish food)!!!! Coffee for breakfast is terrible, do not try it. The pool is big and clean but there are so many restrictions for usage (limited hours).
