  The perfect place to visit Viareggio

  We stay here for one week and we had a great experience. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The residence is very close to the beach and to the seafront with more restaurants and shops. We will come back here for sure.

  Better than what we expected

  It was really nice and clean everything that we needed on a holiday. Enough space in bedroom and in the lounge. Really nice view from the top floor terrace. The staff are really helpful and always like to help. The manager too was again really helpful and helped us with all the requests including how to set up wifi and directions etc. Definitely will be coming back hopefully.

  We have been there 3 times already

  We first stayed there in 2012 and have been back two more times. The owners are very helpful and friendly. the rooms are very clean, as is the whole Residence. The staff are so nice it is like we are visiting friends. The location is right along the middle of the promenade. I have stayed in Viareggio 6 times since 2006 and This is by far the best Place We have stayed.

  It was just fine

  What we enjoyed the most about this place was its location, since it was only one street away from the beach. The pictures are little deceiving since the rooms are LOT smaller than they appear. However it was clean, little outdated though. The one thing we didn't like at all was, that we had to take our own garbage out. The price mentions cleaning fee so I found it little weird to having to empty the trash and carry it outside.
