  Terrible!!

  Arrived 30 mins late and despite trying to call in advance could not get a response. We had to spend the first night in a hotel! When we did get in the next day we were very surprised by how small it was but were more appalled by the fact that the bathroom bin had not been emptied, the shower head was hung on a make-do hook, the tiling in the shower was a mess, there was no proper bed to sleep on only the sofa no pillows only cushions, musty sheets, no duvet we could not find the heater and spent both nights cold (I had to wear my jumper to bed), no complete cutlery only one knife, two forks, and a teaspoon?! We had to eat our evening meal with a sharp chopping knife and our cereal with a teaspoon! The worst holiday I have ever had!

  One to avoid

  I stayed here for a week in the summer of 2014 in a ground floor studio flat. The location is very nice as it is basically right on the beach and the residence has a nice pool, but those are about the only positive things I can say about this. The flat looked absolutely nothing like the promotional material and was sparsely and cheaply furnished. In the flat, we had an option of staying in musty-looking bunkbeds or a very ricketty and uncomfortable sofabed. Upon arrival, we found the flat without the towels and sheets which we had specifically ordered - as we arrived in the evening, there was no one on site to ask. However, the absolute worst part of our stay here was when we on our final night could not get in to the flat as the electric shutters didn't work. As ever, the Odalys office on site was long closed, there was no emergency number and the Odalys hotline was not available. In the end, we had no other option than to sleep in our car! Not what we had pictured for our holiday. All flats are privately owned (but managed by Odalys) and therefore the standard can vary between flats. However, I would absolutely avoid this in the future.

  FAB PLACE TO STAY

  We stayed here in apartment 463 which was excellent. Clean, well equipped, nicely designed and has gorgeous views over The Med sea. The apartment is also at the quiet end of the complex and is a real credit to its owners. Will definitely stay again!
