  Great place in a beautifull location

  Very nice place in the mountains next to lake Garda, the mountainroad to get there is very exiting to drive and passes by very nice look out spots. At the hotel you can play tennis, midgetgolf, ride a bike or go for a nice walk They also have a nice sauna and fitnessroom you can use. The restaurant serves nice food for a very reasonable price. You can choose to eat in the restaurant or make a meal at your appartment with electric stoove, kitchenware and small fridge. There is free wifi in the main areas and for 5 you can get a wifi code for 3 days that works in your appartment. They also have an outside pool. Good place to stay and visit lake Garda and nice places like Limone, Salo, Riva etc. The only thing they should change is the blankets into nice sheet covered quilts, since it does get cold at night.

  Beautiful location

  The setting of this hotel is fantastic, with gorgeous views. In good weather, the outdoor facilities must be great, unfortunately for us with heavy rain most days we were not able to make much use of the facilities at all. The indoor pool was too cold for our two young children, and this wasn't helped by having only luke warm water in our apartment for the first few days until more visitors arrived, and then all of a sudden there was plenty of hot water... We didn't venture back into the pool after the first days as our smallest then had a cold, but we did wonder if the lack of hot water/cold pool was mainly due to the fact that there were not many people staying at the hotel.... Cost saving feature?! The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed (we did have to ask for a microwave, which wasn't there despite stating on our room description that there would be one), and free WiFi in the room. A lot of the facilities appeared in need of maintenance; exposed screws and rotting wood in the children's play area/mini golf and a washing machine facility that malfunctioned 4 times in the one wash we tried to do! Overall the staff were polite and friendly, but when we questioned the cold water/cold pool/broken washing machine we were assured we were wrong.......! Not an unpleasant holiday, saved by the location and the ability to go out and explore the area.

  beautiful location and residence

  Residence in the higher part of Tremosine, with good restaurant (we eat a good Pizza), internal and external swimming pool, sauna, spa, several sport opportunities, mini golf... in the woods. Views are wonderful and at the reception the staff was friendly.

  Beautiful place in an isolated and hard to reach location

  I am writing to make people aware of what was problematic for me. The place is gorgeous, scenery, nice pool, ok flat, ok restaurant, friendly staff BUT my biggest problem was getting there. I hope they will soon update their website and be clear and honest about this aspect, IT IS A MOUNTAIN ROAD and the navigator takes you up an old mountain road that is super steep and pretty scary. Now this can be completely subjective, but dont think so. The road is difficult and you better hope it is not raining and there are no other cars going up and down at the wrong time. Please google road, make sure you have a stick shift and not automatic car. Not a low car either, as steep hill with big bump is difficult to maneuver. If it wasnt for the road, this place is the perfect place to be! If you plan to go up with your groceries and stay there for 3-4-7 days, no problem. You will have tons to do. Drinks at the bar, ok food at the restaurant, golf, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, relaxation with beautiful Mountain Views. Just that you will not All feel comfortable going up and down for 20 mi urea to go to lake Garda. Management was great, and I thank them immensely for their understanding and kindness.
