  Departamento pleno de calidad y confort

  Departamento muy bien ubicado de facil localizacion. Amplia cocina comedor con equipamiento y vajilla completisimo y muebles modernos de calidad. Comedor grande con sillon tres cuerpos. Dormitorio amplio con gran placard con espejo, dos camas individuales juntas con muy buen colchon, escritorio. Baño completo con aceptable box ducha con extractor. Parking amplio y comodo. En frigobar aguas-jugos-coca cola- papas fritas y galletitas rellenas SIN CARGO. Lavavajillas-lavarropas-plancha-elementos limpieza. NO FALTA NADA. Desayuno muy variado y completo con capuccino de maquina muy rico. Y el plus del lugar la atencion de Virgilio y su hijo que te acompañan, te dan un mapa de la ciudad y te explican todo. Resumen un lugar para disfrutar. 10 PUNTOS

  Bizzoni is our home away from home

  Residence Bizzoni has been the place we have chosen for our stay for the past six years because of its location and the great customer service we have received. This is a family owned business that Marco and his father Virgilio run so they go out of their way to make you comfortable during your stay. Tatiana

  Friendly comfortable hotel with lots of amenities

  Nice breakfast and lots of amenities like iron and drying rack and washer to make an easy visit with family. Close to downtown and large rooms. Off street parking and garden area to relax in. View from the rooms of public park was pleasant.

  EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT

  Residence Bizzoni was excellent and we loved staying here the start of May. Our room was room #103, a one bedroom apartment, with heaps of space and very clean. The kitchen and living area were a good distance from the bedroom, which meant not waking each other, if keeping different hours. The bathroom was across a hallway from the bedroom, rather than ensuite, which was great because really dislike ensuites. The rooms are set way back off the road and our room faced a car park, with a park behind us, this ensured it was quiet and we got a good sleep, we were here two nights and never heard any other guests. Wi-fi connection was good. The washing machine was great to have and a drying rack is provided. Complimentary food and drink is left in the kitchen for guests. Breakfast was substantial. Location wise it is great, only 1.3 kilometres from the train station (Google Maps). Restaurants and supermarkets are all within a five minute walk. We were going to Cascata delle Marmore and Marco gave us a discount voucher for entry. To visit the waterfalls we took bus #7 from Piazza Cornelio Tacito, which is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Father and son run the apartments, Virgilio (Dad) is such a gentleman and Marco (son) was very helpful. Staying here made an excellent base for exploring the area by public transport. We both really liked Terni, it felt real without all the tourists and the food was great. We havent finished seeing things in this area and we will be back and wouldnt stay anywhere else but Residence Bizzoni.
