  Great spacious appartement.

  We stayed for 5 nights in this nice and spacious appartement with one of the most beautiful views over the Garda lake. The appartement was very clean, well equipped and had two bedrooms and a big balcony overlooking the swimming pool and lake below. The group that Besass belongs to owns two restaurants in the same village, giving discount on the bill for residents. Very good value for money!!!

  The views are breathtaking

  We stayed here for 4 nights and really can't fault the place the apartment was a great size with 2 bedrooms and the kitchen was fully equipped. We were unaware that the hotel would be closed between 3-4 and unfortunately we arrived at 3 and had to wait but the views were outstanding and we were able to sit and wait on the balcony so it wasn't to bad. I will mention that I don't think this hotel would be suitable for people with mobility issues unless they have a car. Our check in was fantastic and the receptionist is a credit to your company (Vanja) he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he was able to get us booked on our tour, help us with timetables, book our taxi if it wasn't for him we would have been stuck, so pass on our thanks. At reception you can purchase drinks, and they also offer a fresh bread service delivered to your door. The complex had a beautiful swimming pool the area was spotless but just a bit to cold to use. It did get chilly at night times but we only found out when we left that you can arrange to get the heating turned on at a cost, there is also a 30 cleaning charge when you leave, this must be to clean the room once you have left as there was no hose keeping during our stay. We would definitely return we had a great stay

  Everything was perfect

  We stayed there only for few nights 3 or 4, bolit we were really sorry to leave this place.. everything was good, and we enjoyed our staying. The place is amazing , Garda lake is down, we had a beautiful view, and the nature is incredible. Aparts was very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and professional, thanks a lot for our amazing journey

  Not great

  No air conditioning,can hear neighbours toilet flushing! Poor parking, very basic facilities.wifi poor.clean and tidy.Residence Besass is located approximately 7km from lake Garda, the town is small with not many restaurants, pizza is the main offering.

  Amazing

  What a hidden little gem. Booked this residence because of good reviews and price, but your always a little sceptical when the price is really that good. We had hired a car for this trip and have to say it is a little daunting travelling up there on the tight bendy roads. But after a long day of travelling we reached the residence and checked in. The receptionist took us to our room which was literally the next building, we went up stairs at this point we were all excited because it meant we had a balcony. We got into the apartment and she showed us round, all very clean and well kept. Then she showed us our balcony and it took all our breathes away, the view was amazing and quite emotional. The apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of the village which is also very pretty with lots of bars and restaurants. The receptionist was always so helpful and polite for the price this place is amazing. I also think it helped the we visited just as the season ended so it wasn't busy at all. We be staying here again to doubt about it.
