  noisy and not friendly at all

  Had a terrible stay in this apart hotel. First the stuff (except the cleaning lady) is terrible. Not helpful with simple issues like finding a baby sitter....or where is the nearest market. We had to pay in advance and as soon as we payed the owners were not available on their mobile phones any more. Than they say they have a parking lot....a lie, as when you put the car in the small courtyard it gets blocked by other cars, so for the whole week you are blocked there. We prefer to use other parking spots outside in the street. The kitchen is unsuable..there is not a kettle or an owen. and too small. in the bathroom the things wre broken, the lights in the rooms did not function. The aircondition had just two options: closed or open, so we were either freezing or sweating. We will certainly never return there and I would not recomend it to anyone.

  Well located

  We were over to visit the Rimini fair it was 30 mins walk and u could also use the bus .the apartment was well equipped ,room was clean .Shower had ample hot water . Mirko took good care of us . The only down was the Aircondition was not cold it was like a fan with hot air .wifi was available but didn't work always in our room . There is the sea across the road . Price was well worth it

  Family holiday

  We have been in this hotel from 25 June to 4 July. After arrival was at the reception younger receptionist. English was good to talk to him. He was very friendly and helpful. For this big plus. A great advantage is also parking at the hotel. We never had the problem to park and the other guests did not. The apartment was air-conditioned with a kitchen and a fridge. 300 meters from the hotel on Viale G. Dati is a small shop with basic food and with fruits and vegetables. The COOP Supermarket is 2.8 km from the Via XXIII Settembre 128. There are also many restaurants and snacks nearby. Everything is therefore very available. We were here for the first time and I can only recommend all. For small money excellent accommodation with private parking. I recommend taking a ride to San Marino, to the Mirabilandia amusement park, Cattolica Aquarium, and Rimini's monuments. V tomto hotelu jsme byli od 25.ervna do 4.ervence. Po píjezdu byl na recepci mladý recepní. Anglicky se s ním dalo velice dobe domluvit. Byl velice vstícný a ochotný. Za toto velké plus. Velkou výhodou jsou také parkovací místa u hotelu. Nemli jsme nikdy problém zaparkovat a ostatní hosté také ne. Apartmán byl klimatizovaný s kuchykou a lednikou. 300 m od hotelu na ulici Viale G. Dati je malý obchdek se základními potravinami. Supermarket COOP je 2,8 km od hotelu v ulici Via XXIII Settembre 128. Dále je v okolí mnoho restaurací a oberstvení. Ve je tudí velice dobe dostupné. Byli jsme na tomto míst poprvé a mu vem jen doporuit. Za malé peníze výborné ubytování s vlastním parkováním. Doporuuji se jet podívat do San Marina, do zábavního parku Mirabilandia, do akvária Cattolica a také na památky do centra Rimini. I have the only complaint about the Internet. Wifi is free but if you want to send photos from your vacation the connection was very slow and there was a problem sending. However this is not a big problem. In addition when you booking write an email or message in Italian only. Two messages in English did not answer. After the translation of the message into Italian in google translator and send the answer came from the hotel within an hour. Jedinou výtku mám k internetu. Wifi je sice zdarma, ale pokud chcete teba rodin posílat fotky z dovolené, tak pipojení bylo velmi pomalé a byl problém s odesláním. Toto ale nepovauji za velký problém. Dále pi bookingu psát email nebo zprávu pouze v italtin. Na dv zprávy v anglitin nikdo neodpovdl. Po peloení zprávy do italtiny v google pekladai a odeslání mi pila do hodiny odpov z hotelu.

  Dirty and uncared for

  We arrived after 5 pm, so it was impossible to speak to someone about the conditions there. Nothing to say, this is their policy and it is written on the booking sites. However what you cannot find being written is the dirt in the bathroom and on the floors. The filthy haidryer which hasn't seen cleaning for a long time, the mould on the shower's cabin ( in the silicon parts of it) along with hair in the cabin, and the broken toilet seat. Incredible. We left without sleeping there, found another aparthotel.
