  Un lugar agradable y acogedor!

  Durante Julio estuvimos alojadas en un apartamento para 3 personas en la residencia Al Granzo. Tuvimos un apartamento muy amplio y bien equipado (cocina, closets, lavadora, muebles, vajilla). El vecindario es muy tranquilo y queda a un paso del mar y de la Piazza dell'Unità (zona central de la ciudad). La atención de los dueños fue muy buena, siempre estuvieron atentos a las preguntas que les hicimos y resolvieron siempre los problemas que encontramos en algún momento. El único problema que hayamos es que es un poco caliente para el verano, pues cuenta con 1 solo aire acondicionado para todo el apartamento. Si regresamos a Trieste no dudaremos en volver a esta Residencia.

  Excellent location

  The apartment was on the second floor of an old building. It was one main room with small kitchen and bathroom with shower only. The bed was a sofa bed which I was a bit dubious about but it was surprisingly comfy. It is easy to walk to most of the main locations or the bus stops just outside. The views are good especially if you get a corner apartment. The apartment has a microwave and a gas hob but no oven or toaster. There are supermarkets within a few minutes walk. The owner/manager speaks perfect English and was delightful. We arrived on a Sunday and he was obviously looking out for us as we were greeted whilst still on the pavement wondering whether we were in the right place! The only thing in the way of food in the apartment was some salt so you do need to take everything with you.

  Excellent location and nice apartments

  We have stayed here several times and it´s perfect, located on Piazza Venezia close to the sea and with easy access to a car park with lot of space. It´s also close to the pedestrian street with many nice restaurants. The apartments are well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine,Tv, air conditioner and comfortable beds. Although located in the city the apartment is quite silent. The owners are very pleasant and helpfull. Their restaurant 'Al Granzo' next to the apartments serve fantastic seafood, well worth a visit! I´m sure we will return next year.

  Excellent location.

  I picked this hotel for it's location and the good reviews on various sites, and I was not disappointed. The apartment was large, well appointed, and considering that the property is right next to one of the main streets, very quiet. Parking is to be had for free just across the street, and it is only a short walk to the pedestrian zone with many shops, bars, cafes, etc.

  Family and fun

  We been at the Hotel for 2 weeks, double room for me and my wife, wonderful service an amazing location where i get every day a simple dream sunrise, supreme view of sun shine on the sea!!! What i been impress it is service and warmth of the all stuff. thanks a lot all of you!!!
