  El hotel y las ciudad increibles, no me quede a dormir pero estuve todo el dia, el ambiente es agradable, y los tragos razonables, he ido a Las Vegas y este hotel no tiene nada para envidarle. los precios son buenos.

  Super disapointed

  I was not that impressed with this hotel for several reasons. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable as the mattress felt as if it was warped. The pillows were super soft and gave no head support at all. The room A/C took a while to cool the room up and it was a sweat box until it finally cooled down several hours later. The bathroom door was much on the way of taking care of business and the bathroom itself was pretty small which it did not help with the door situation. We used both the cafe and the restaurant and the food was cold when it was served. The coffee was served luke warm at best. The food price was fair and the food itself was okay. Needless to say, I was not pleased with my experience here as I was expecting to have a good night sleep and I did not. Moreover, my experience and stay at other hotel/casino properties were far superior than this one (this one set the bar pretty low). I most definitively do not recommend this property.

  THANKSGIVING MEAL A BUST

  I was there today and went to check menu for prices and the lady told me it was $11.00. Came back at 11:20 and now price is $22 which includes: soup, salad, 4 bites of turkey, 4 bites of ham and green beans which were too hard to eat. AND Pecan pie which I asked as a to go. Got home and anxious to eat my pie and what I found in my bag was an empty container... ALL THIS FOR A MERE $22 AND should have been $11. I even left a good tip....silly me.

  Avoid unless you feel like getting into a brawl to sit at a roulette table!

  All table games are closed during COVID and many if not all are now electronic. They have 3 roulette tables but have no employees to oversee that the rules are being respected. I had a very BAD experience with someone just sitting at the table but not betting. When I asked to have the seat the person lied and said he was betting not realizing you could see the chips in play on the monitor and that his machine showed 0.00. He and his girlfriend were actually tying up 2 of the 3 tables. There was no floor manager overseeing or there to help. My options get into an unpleasant scene or leave to go to another facility. I gave this information to the manager - his response youre right those are against the rules, Im sorry silence. This casino is a 45 minute drive in icy terrain and the highlight of my New Years holiday and this casino had no problem watching my 1000.00 walk out the door when they were making $2-3.00 from this rude couple. Had there been standard floor employees this behavior would have been noticed immediately and I would not have had my night ruined by being forced into becoming the rules police. There is no customer service or standing casino game rules enforced and you should avoid this casino.

Your Name: Lonny Dawson Date of Birth: 7/21/1969 Telephone: 7204357679 E-mail Address: mountainsnow.com@gmail.com Narrative: While playing a slot machine , every other slot machines are turned off for social distancing, 2 managers interrupted our bonus game and told me they were turning the machine next to me on for play for a patron, apparentlythey were at capacity and needed it or someone requested it to be turned on. Im not sure the reason to break the 6ft rule and put the machine 2 ft from me into play. ButHe even pulled a chair up for the person i dint see. I asked him to Not turn on the machine as HE was now within 3ft of me personally and i didnt want him or a player i didn't know in my 6ft bubble or within 3ft of me. We complained and said no. They said No , and they were going to turn it on and said since we were now yelling at them that we cannot come to the casino anymore., and to leave. They kicked us out and told us we were trespassing as my slot machine played by itself on a bonus round i had no control over. I could not cash out the moment he said cause the machine was playing itself and could not be interrupted. Finally they literally pushed us out the stairwell , were my partner dropped his beer bottle and it broke on the stairs. We left and i contacted a Colorado gaming employee and explained what happened until the central city police showed up to hear our side of the story. The police said that the casino was going to charge us criminally, with what?? They have not contacted us since they got our side of the story. I still have a cashout voucher for $37.60 . In summary the casino tried to turn on machines within the 6ft distancing rule, all while violating my space while trying to do it. There is video from me and my partner and im sure the casino.we did nothing wrong but adhere to 6 ft distancing and keep safe and they went above and beyond to intentionally violate us.
