  Great Hotel

  I arranged to stay at this hotel for a trip to Almaty for 5 nights. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging for my reservation as well as arranging for a taxi to pick me up from the airport. In addition, my airplane was delayed multiple times but the staff continually shifted along with my schedule. The apartment was great with alot of room to relax in. The air conditioner worked great for those hot afternoons. The location was great and in easy walking distance to Gorky park, green market, museums and a number of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with hot and cold items as well as alot of fruit and nuts. Our plane left very early on the day of our checkout and the staff fixed box lunch/breakfast for our travels since we were missing breakfast! A great place and we will be back.

  Perfect Accommodation

  I stayed for 3 nights in a spacious, comfortable and fully equipped suite with great value for money - less than 45 per night. Great location, close to the green bazaar, the Central Park, a big supermarket and several restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Anastasia, who helped me to arrange airport transfers for less than half of the usual price. Nice spa with 2 pools ( cold and warm), a finish sauna and a Hammam. Average breakfast.

  Spatious rooms

  Location is close tot the Zelenyi market and the Park of the 28 guardians. Rooms/appartments are spatious.l, bathrooms are clean. Service is friendly, depending on the receptionist. Breakfast is huge and diverse. Waitresses are somewhat awkward due to not speaking English. In the spa I used the pool, but could not find out how to operate the hamam or the sauna.

  Great place to stay

  Great place to stay. Friendly helpfull staff who helped store my bags and order airport taxi. Breakfast is plentifull and the spa area excellent. The suites are large and well cleaned. Quite and relaxing

  big rooms

  A good location - not in the busiest part of the center, but with reasonable infrastructure. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful... Rooms are big, clean and well equipped! We would come back...
