Outstanding serviceWe had the opportunity to stay at your property last week. I want to commend Sean for his outstanding service. Our plans were somewhat fluid, and Sean was exceptionally helpful and flexible as our plans changed. He was very welcoming and friendly, but of course very professional at the same time. He also reached out to us personally when a wallet was left in her room, instead of waiting for us to contact the hotel.

Staycation due to Covid-19This is the first time Ive ever done a staycation. My wife decided that since we wouldnt be together for our anniversary next month, we would try this. Check in was cool. The front desk manager was very polite, professional & welcoming. Our room was on one of the top floors with a really nice view. There was a bit of a letdown for my wife who thinks that the room wasnt throughly cleaned because she found a bottle top on the bathroom counter. And their was some kind of stain on one of the towels. Also, we didnt understand why our room wasnt cleaned after we went out for the day(it wasnt until we got home that we realized they dont clean rooms until after guests checkout as part of Covid protocols). Aside from the minor detail lapses it was a pleasant stay. We will return.

50/50I'll take half of the blame for my experience but not all. I am of a "certain age" living not far from the hotel. I wanted to have a luxury night to myself. A staycation of sorts. Check in was fine. This is where I take 50% of the blame. My room view was that of the traffic zooming down the highway. I am also a member of Marriott Bonvoy so sorta thought I would just get a decent view. I have stayed here before and also given a free stay as an event donation. When I stayed here there were some nice little perks in the room i.e. mini bottle of wine, cheese and fruit....there was not even a bottle of water in the room this time. Perhaps it was a package last time? I will say the room was clean. The best part was the 12:00 noon(later)checkout.

Nice Hotel in Great Location! We stayed at this hotel for one night in the middle of a lengthy trip. It is during the Covid-19 pandemic, so things were a little different than usual I assume. Nonetheless, I felt they did a good job with social distancing and keeping the area clean. There were hand sanitizers properly placed over the property. While it was just an overnight stay, we were not disappointed. The property is located I the center of the North Hills Mall area. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. In fact, after we dropped off our bags, we went for a nice walk and dined close by. The room was nice and quiet and gave us plenty of space. The bathroom was nice as well. For some reason, when the designed the hotel, they did not give king size rooms balconies. That would have been a nice touch. Overall, it is a nice place to stay in the Raleigh area.

BedbugsMy wife and I were driving to Raleigh for my medical procedure the following day. We checked in on 10/22/20 only to be some what cold shouldered front desk clerks. Once we got to our room we always check for bedbugs, we found alive bed bugs. We took a video to the front desk and they acted like we were beneath them only to get a scoff. I will do my best to spread the word because of the way we were treated
