  Good location and views

  This hotel has a great location on the beach. We got upgraded to an ocean view room (I think because we were members of the Marriott Rewards program). The room was spacious by Japanese standards and well appointed. We were allowed to check in at 2:00 pm which is early by Japanese standards. We got a package that included breakfast and dinner. Warning, for dinner be sure and make reservations! We had a choice of four restaurants including the buffet, but we couldn't get in any of them before 8:00. There are large tour buses that stop here and their customers fill up the restaurants quickly. We ended up eating at the French restaurant where we were allowed to take one of their lower cost fixed menus. The food was quite excellent, and there were some reasonably priced wines on the menu (by Japanese standards). The breakfast buffet is packed for the first hour after they open, and you sometimes have to wait in a long line to get your food from each of the buffet stations. Better to wait until the crowd thins out for breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located from the bus stops that can take you to the sights around the Naruto whirlpool area (including the placed where they launch the boat tours). Warning! Be sure and ask the front desk for the latest bus schedule and be sure you understand how to read it. The bus is infrequent and does not always stop at the same locations around the whirlpool and bridge area....it depends on the day of the week and time of day. Service was quite good although few of the staff outside of the front desk spoke English. I would stay here again.

  Resort hotel with onsen and seaview

  Beautiful hotel at Naruto. Location remote best self drive. No nearby restaurants or shopping centre. Good for a quiet holiday, with onsen, swimming pool. Good reception service. Spacious room with sea view. I regret that I have to check out earlier due to the earthquake in Osaka.

  Nice Hotel

  We stayed one night in early August during our Shikoku trip. The family room with 4 beds has a sea-facing balcony with beautiful sunrise view. This hotel is convenient for stay if you visit Arts Museum and Naruto Whirlpool nearby. There is a free underground car park. The beach does not look appealing and the swimming pool is swarmed with kids due to summer holiday. So we don't bother to swim at this hotel but use the onsen instead. As we stayed in Annexed building next to Main building, there are two corridors to connect both buildings for passage to lobby on ground floor as well as on upper floor to the onsen. The best thing is the extremely delicious buffet with so many varieties during breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff with nice resort environment, I would love to stay in this hotel if I go to Naruto again.

  La atención por parte del personal es de primera! Las áreas comunes lujosas, muchas actividades para realizar (baile awaodori, juegos típicos, pesca, cosechar algas, onsen, etc). Las habitaciones son amplias, bien conservadas.... sobre todo las suites estilo japonés, éstas últimas están increíbles! La comida excelente! Amplia variedad de todo!!!!! El buffet japonés muy surtido y con muy buen sabor todo!..... postres para escoger! Conclusión: muy recomendable
